Very good place, I liked it, everything was very quiet and clean.

As a first time booker, Uwe and Frauke were very helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to see! They were very welcoming and Vargus is a private, well kept place to stay :) Had a lot of fun exploring Bombay and learning about its history

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

5 Stars - A Perfect Getaway! This was our first time in Las Vegas, and staying at Christian and Mariana’s place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway after exploring the city. We loved all the thoughtful amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with high-quality linens, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The attention to detail made everything feel effortless. Christian and Mariana were wonderful hosts—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Vegas!

The home was amazing! Better than the photos! Jamie and her family were there, as well, and they were very accommodating, friendly & kind. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place with a beautiful view. We loved it!

Our stay at Steve and Shirley’s place was absolutely wonderful! They thought of every detail. Shirley’s response time was immediate. Directions to the location were spot on. Instructions during our time of stay were clear and left nothing to question. Although, if we had a question Shirley would have been ready to answer! The location is quite a treat! The amount of love Steve put into building such a beautiful property is apparent. The way the nearby river was diverted onto their property to create calming flows of water in different areas of the grounds, and eventually into a pond was masterfully done. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the area taking in all the details of the property. My favorite place was the hot tub hut which was open to the views and the sounds of nature! We would hands down stay here or in one of the other rentals again!

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. I actually prefer King size beds but the mattress was comfortable which is most important since I have back issues. The apartment was a little cluttered by too much furniture for my taste which makes the unit appear much smaller but that is just my individual opinion. Everything was clean and the book of instructions was very well done compared to other Airbnb units. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking at the unit! The unit supplies almost everything anyone would need!

This house is a gem. It has been updated but retains the natural charm of an older home built into the surroundings. The home is off a major arterial, but you would never know it because we saw great horned owls every night, all kinds of other birds, and a bobcat! We were traveling with our dogs and they were at peace as were we. The primary bedroom feels like a treehouse as you look up at the sky and trees. The outdoor "living room" is where we spent most of our time - it is private and wooded. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals and the bathrooms were clean and well supplied (more towels than people - I wish every rental was like that). We have family in Prescott and this will be our "home" when we are visiting. Highly recommend!

This home was extremely lovely and definitely came to a shock of how beautiful everything was. Home was spotless, pool was nice and warm along with the jacuzzi, lots of books, games, and entertainment. Charles was very quick with the messages and sending clear instructions before arriving to the home. I would definitely book this Airbnb once a month!

We had an excellent stay at this house it was 30 mins away from Sedona so far enough to not deal with the holiday crowd and close enough to enjoy Sedona ,after a good day of hiking Sedona the house was very nice to come to and relax like we were home plus the backyard pool and full ambiance really kept us cool from the heat and relaxed …..thank you Shannon for being such an excellent host

We loved our stay in Rimrock, it's great location for exploring Beaver Creek, Sedona, and Montezuma's Well near by. We enjoyed the cabin very much, it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The creek access in the backyard was nice and we also enjoyed walking to the small park with our young children.

Responds quickly. Was able to get an earlier check in. Just was there and already had everything ready.

River Front Ranch was absolutely perfect for our family’s trip. The place was so peaceful and beautiful and it was a great place to rest after sightseeing around the area. There’s was tons of things to see out there. We would definitely recommend his place!

Kirsten has a lovely place and it was located off the beaten path but close enough to see Cottonwood and the surrounding areas. Recommend Dead Horse Park and Cork BBQ. Our trip was cut short and we were only able to stay one night but she offered to help with a discount for the next time bc of our situation with our son. Thank you, Kirsten. Adorable place.

Beautiful condo at Lake Las Vegas. Very clean, comfortable bed, gorgeous views.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!

Great place and excellent location! Great view off the balcony and very convenient access from the parking garage. We will likely be staying here again.

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!
