Luxury rentals in Colorado River

We had my bachelor party and we had a blast. This location is 20 mins from everything we needed. 20 mins from Grayhawk Golf course, old town, 5-10 mins from the grocery store, and if you wanted to do a hike at Camelback Mountain its super close too. In terms of checking in, super easy. And the amenities, and the 5 washrooms is key for 11 guys. Having said that, Ross was very responsive with any issues we had. Highly recommend staying here!

Me and my family loved this listing and will definitely be back. The home was comfortable and had everything! We loved the fact that they had a variety of seasoning to cook with. Margie's team was helpful and responsive. If you are looking to stay in the Scottsdale area I would recommend staying here.

Our trip was a post high school graduation trip for some parents and sons. We planned to use the house for fun and as a landing spot for adventures like go-carting, shopping, and more. We found that most plans were not needed because the house offered enough to keep the guys busy. They had lots of room to spread out (to sleep) and lots of spaces to hang out together. The house layout, with four bedrooms on one side and three on the other, allowed a bit of separation which was perfect. The game room is also in the nicely renovated garage which meant the door offered significant sound dampening -- just what we needed when we went to bed and they stayed up to game and chat into the morning hours. ☺ Jeff and Bridget were great in responding over the app. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

The whole team really made our stay incredible, starting with the incredible house where the pictures don’t even do it justice. It’s nothing short of breathtaking, with beautiful wide open spaces, plenty of privacy for when you need it and a great space to entertain in. They hosted our group of 9 with ease and a high class concierge touch. Everything from private chefs, to bartenders, to little pleasant touches left all over the house. Truly one of the best all around experiences.

The home was beautiful, just like the pictures. Great location, close enough to everything, just an uber drive away. We had my bachelorette party stay here. The backyard is beautiful, great pool. We had a hibachi chef come to cook dinner one night which the owner allowed. We were able to get early check-in, but only within 24 hours of our stay. The only downside is that you have to pay $100/hr for check-in prior to 4pm. Overall, it was a really great stay and we enjoyed our time at the house.

We had an amazing stay at this home. Jeff and Bridget were extremely responsive and timely with communication, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The property was spacious and perfect for our group of 18 celebrating a bachelorette party. There was plenty of room to spread out, but also great gathering spaces for hanging out together. The lazy river was such a hit! It was super fun during the day and beautiful at night with the lights. The house was also well-stocked with tons of extras that made our stay even better (board games, books, pickleball paddles, basketballs, and more). We had a fantastic time and would definitely book again if the opportunity comes up!

Absolutely amazing! Stunning property, meticulously maintained, and breathtaking views. The home is designed for relaxation and entertaining. Our host made everything so simple, including offering support for a birthday celebration. We did not want to leave and will definitely return.
