Amazing stay, will be back!

We had a great stay. Check in was easy and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating! Everything was clean and all amenities were easily accessible.

We were here for EDC. Our Unit was really close to the Rio Shuttle station. The fact that we had Chick Fil A, Walgreens, and a couple of shopping centers walking distance from us was extremely convenient since we didn’t rent a car. So you can imagine my joy, coming off a bus at 8 am, dehydrated, hungry, cold and realizing that I can get myself a CFA Breakfast Burrito on the way back to my bed. Additionally, unit amenities were incredible. The tub was put to good use post festival. Not to mention there was ample space for us to get all of our festival gear ready without making clutter on top of the beds, or making the bathroom unusable. Genuinely considering staying here again next year as well.

Nubar was a great host, there was some amenities that needed fixing but he communicated well and helped us out. He is a busy host but you could tell he cares, he stopped by to help with the amenities. Overall you could tell he’s been in the real estate game for a long time and he is understanding. He has my respect!

Angela place is very nice. It was clean, comfortable and has a great view looking over part of the city straight into the mountains. Best part for me is the very large and deep tub with 4 are 6 jets. I will definitely be looking for this place next time I come.

I loved this place! At first I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to sleep at night because it’s on a busy street but at night time it’s pretty quiet! Place was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great place to stay, perfect for couples or families, so many amenities, way above our expectations, the owners are very easy going.

I was very happy with my stay at Teresa’s casita. I have a casita at home so I knew the size and it was perfect for us. It is about the size of a hotel room with the amenities of home. I feel the casita looks exactly like the pictures. Certainly better decorated than my own home. You can tell she put a lot of work into the space. There was a step stool for higher things, an iron, yummy smelling shampoo and conditioner (look under the sink). Adorable colored appliances. My own entrance and parking in the driveway even with ample parking…she still shares her family’s driveway. It was super quiet. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. There were snacks for my teenager, Ice ready to go water in the fridge. A Keurig with coffee pods, Starbucks coffee, Folgers coffee, teabags. Spices, butter and other condiments in the fridge. Great place close to the strip. The Venetian is within walking distance and has so many great restaurants! We loved the pool and it was convenient being close to the sphere. Would definitely stay again!
