Everything is spectacular. Complex is spotless. The common spaces are very useful and are constantly being cleaned/ taken care of. The pool is very much enjoyed in the evening hours since at 6 pm it is already night here. The plants and vegetation are very well cared for and give it a special touch. Regarding the apartment the location is close to the beach and downtown and supermarkets and restaurants. Everything is very tidy, clean to have an excellent stay. Good bed, good shower. Thiago is constantly communicating in case we need something and I give us a lot of useful information about the area

Me and my family love the space and the hostel. Ester and Robson are great hosts. Extremely solicitous and attentive. Professional service. Everything in order, we absolutely lacked nothing. The ad and photos correspond to what is offered. Once we have a chance, we will return to stay in Village Brisa Imbassaí and visit other beaches and rivers. See you soon!!

The apartment is new and very pleasant. The condominium is well equipped and has extremely friendly staff. The river at the bottom of the condominium was our preferred location. The only feather was the high cost of the tours in Baixio to the lagoons, especially for large families, but we were able to enjoy the condominium areas a lot. About the apartment, a suggestion would be to include a ceiling fan, at least in the living room. The rooms are air-conditioned, which is perfect, but because it is facing the west, the apartment is very hot in the living room during the day. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Ricardo was an amazing host! Very responsive, friendly and respectful. He was also very upfront about the internet not working and got s brand new connection before my check in and it was absolutely seamless. Great speed, fibre optic internet as well as an hdmi cable that I could connect to my laptop to watch movies on the tv. I was most thankful for the air conditioning which was perfect for the exceptionally hot days spent there.

To my surprise Baixio is a place of unique nature, quiet and beautiful place. Paula is a great host because she passes all the information before hosting and responds quickly. The apartment is cozy , everything clean and well taken care of.

The place met what was in the description. Mr. Walter is very responsive and helpful! The site is close to the beach, however, specifically on the beach where the condominium has access, the sea is brave and only suitable for bathing at low tide. We only have to thank you! Quiet and familiar place.

We were with the family for a few days and it was a wonderful experience! We felt at home. A place quiet, nice, very well located! The wonderful pool! Very nice bed! Everything you need to do is good on rest days! Carlos the kindness in person, always attentive and solicitous, we can only thank you for days that have renewed our energies! We intend to return!

The property is close to the pool area, has good facilities as in the photos, very welcoming and comfortable. In a quiet condominium, with all the infrastructure, a quiet beach, practically private the condominium and the hotel. The sea is open and has to be careful, but it forms swimming pools to bathe with the children. I recommend the stay is great and the place is beautiful and calm, next to the village of Imbassai. Victor is attentive, knowledgeable and responds quickly to demands. He has other houses that manage on the Green Line, I recommend and return to rent one of the houses he rents again.

The stay at Tiana's house was very good, it met our expectations... well-equipped house and close to the beach, river, restaurants and supermarkets. Very attentive hostess.

The hosting of Mr. Servio is wonderful! My family and I spent the 2025 carnival and we have nothing to complain about. Extremely nice, clean, new and comfortable place. We were my husband and I and we stayed almost 1 month at the flat. The Imbassai Reserve is a place of deep, well-preserved peace and features a beach club for the exclusive use of guests. The condominio has a swimming pool and restaurant also private. That was really nice Hayrton as a host was very attentive and helpful in all our requests that were promptly met. The flat accommodated us well, requiring only a few minor maintenance repairs. In addition, they were very pleasant and relaxing days. As soon as possible we will return.

Cerize's apartment is 1000! Extremely safe condominium, garage, swimming pool, concierge and very beautiful. The condominium is large, with a beautiful garden and great pool. The apartment itself is modern, well-appointed, decorated, all with great care, I would definitely stay again. Cerize always responded quickly and everything was perfect during my stay, I just want to thank you.
