Great clean and modern place. Excellent location and communication, entry, etc. There is quite a bit of street noise so ear plugs are a must, but it might not bother most people. I'm very sensitive.

Staying at Frank’s place was one of the best experiences ever for my husband and me. Besides it being so convenient and spacious and well equipped, it was a very comfortable place. We felt very much at “home!” We were there for four weeks and could imagine living in the neighborhood. Thank you, Frank.

James’ place was a perfect spot. Like staying at a cool friends’ apartment. Very clean, great design, thoughtful details, lovely deck and gorgeous plants everywhere. Quiet and peaceful. 10/10.

Was a beautiful home to spend our trip to San Pablo. The house was warm and cozy and it wasn’t too far from SF or where we needed to go. Was a great neighborhood. The house was easy to find and we enjoyed our stay a lot!!!

We are in the process of selling our home and moving to the East coast and have had several fantastic stays at Will's place over the course of the last 3 months. This home is a beautiful private retreat in the middle of Bollinger Canyon. You'll experience a complete getaway and immersion in nature. Will is a fantastic and responsive host, taking care of us in many lovely ways throughout our stay. We will be back!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay while visiting the East Bay. Beautiful neighborhood: quiet, safe, and easily walkable to a variety of restaurants/shops. Very convenient for public transportation or driving as well. The apartment is spacious for a couple, much more room than you’d have in a basic hotel room. Loren was proactive in sending check-in instructions and provided a thorough guidebook both for the place itself and the surrounding area. No complaints!

The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
