Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cooper Landing

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

Love this little place. Lots of amenities, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the fish cleaning tent & outdoor freezer were impressive. Love the little fire pit outside as well. Everything was super clean and Megan is always super responsive. Thanks again for a great stay

Fantastic Alaskan Experience! Our family of four had the BEST time staying at the Eagle’s Nest during our visit to Seward. The house is really wonderful: well-heated complete with heated floors, excellent water pressure and the water heater was cranked up to 11 (just how I like it), a luxurious bath, and lots of games, toys, puzzles, and books for all ages to stay entertained during any downtime. The location is excellent - just a few minutes drive to town and a short distance to dog sledding, delicious food, and incredibly beautiful hikes to a glacier. Plus, we saw a bald eagle outside the bedroom window within minutes of checking in (and multiple times throughout our stay)! My two children (8 and 12 years old) say the Eagle’s Nest is their favorite place we’ve ever stayed. We hope to return soon!

We would definitely stay at Ryan's house again. Good location making it easy to get to town and attractions. House is on a quiet street with hardly and noise. Beds were comfortable and the house is well equipped.

Great Cozy Place to must stay if you are traveling to Alaska(Seward). We loved our stay and everything was so cool. Felt like stayed in a boat. Will be back again if in this area. Thanks

Your home was absolutely perfect for our needs!! My son and I were here for doc appointments that were less than 10minutes away! My sister was visiting Alaska for the first time and my dog could run free in the yard!! Best place we’ve ever stayed and hope we can book again!!

The place was easy to find, really beautifully decorated. Yana was really responsive when we had a concern brought to her. It got resolved very quickly. There were only 3 towels and 5 of us staying, but we made it work. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The laundry room had lots of laundry soap and that was super nice and convenient. Other than the neighborhood being a little run down, it was a really great place to stay.

This place is great. I came from out of town for an appointment in Anchorage, but wanted to stay away from the city. This place is a great deal, and a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Girdwood. Wish I could have stayed longer

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Darlene's. Very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed! Beautiful home with quality furnishings and was very clean which we appreciated. Would stay again!

This comfortable apartment gave us a home away from home on our first trip to Alaska. It was cozy and well equipped with a warm fireplace, coffee pot, large shower and comfortable bed. Jane provided shampoo and body wash as well as some coffee and tea bags. The garden was lovely with blooming flowers and trees. I would recommend this place to future travelers to Anchorage. While it was convenient and walkable to downtown, it allowed us to feel private and secluded with it's hidden garden.

This place was so cute! Loved all the plants and greenhouse. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Located close to the airport and easy access to groceries. We would totally stay here again!

The indoor space is really nice, open, not rundown at all. It was very peaceful and quiet. The upscale bathroom had a cool shower with a pebble floor and a window! The hot tub was semi-private on the deck, which was nice when groups of kids went by on bikes. I am not a fan of the mattress, pretty firm and maybe memory foam? But I was glad it was king-sized! Had a little snafu with the keycode, but Andrew responded and fixed it instantly. Overall, it was a great stay.

Shirley was very responsive to our questions. Her directions to the house were very good and precise. The home was clean and well cared for. It is a small drive if you want to go out to eat. However, it was quiet and peaceful there with a good grill and a fire pit. It definitely met our needs.

Perfectly comfy & cozy. The wrap around deck with a view of the lake was awesome. The cabin is about a 15 minute drive to Kenai and Soldotna. We took the canoe for a spin around the lake, it was soooo beautiful! And the host Peter was very responsive and nice. I definitely want to book again this summer :). Thank you Peter!

Great location for a weekend stay. Easy access to Anchorage (~45 minutes away), Girdwood Restaurants and Shops (~5 minutes away), and great middle point if you want to hike the Kenai or explore Whittier. Easy check-in with lots of amenities like hot tube, laundry on-site, coffee makers, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped, cozy, recently updated cabin a few miles outside Seward. There were thoughtful touches throughout, helpful instructions re: the equipment (humidifier, heater, smart TV, etc) and a binder of local pamplets highlighting local businesses. We appreciated the comfortable bed, clean shower and bathroom, full kitchen, small interesting library of Alaska travel resources and books, and the pet friendly policies. On a sunny afternoon between events at the Seward Seabird Festival, we enjoyed a relaxing picnic with friends in the shared space between the cabins. Blaine and Jaime were friendly and proactive in reaching out, responsive to any concerns, but never instrusive. As long time Alaskans and former Sewardites, we were pleased to see this well-maintained and high value lodging option available to travelers in the area. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just spent 9 nights in the cabin at this idyllic location. It was sparkling clean from top to bottom. All of the unexpected supplies were extra special! So thoughtful. The towels and bedding were top notch and plentiful. And kitchen equipment was high quality and everything you can think of to make your meals. The little milk frother for coffee was a delightful surprise! One of many little surprises throughout the cabin. The covered front porch made it possible to sit out side and enjoy the views even with rainy evenings. I can’t think of a single thing that would have improved this stay! Thank you for making our first trip to Alaska such a wonderful experience - already planning our return trip to the Primrose Cabin.
