Holiday rentals with a patio in Coos County

We cannot say enough good things about Zofia’s place! Very clean and organized. Instructions were broken down to the point where we had ZERO questions. This was my partner and I’s first getaway with our 2 1/2 year old. Very toddler friendly! We took lots of walks around the private community, played on the playground and even had a quick drink at the clubhouse. Our kiddo was fighting a fever during our stay so we didn’t get to make it to Storyland or the Aquarium. We were able to drive the Mount Washington Auto Road and that was great! We will be sure to be returning and rebooking AND making it to Storyland/Aquarium for the kiddo. I cannot recommend this location enough!!! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait to return in the very near future

We had a great weekend here! The place is right across from Storyland which was the main purpose of our trip. The unit is just as the pictures depict. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We were traveling with 3 kids under 7 and really enjoyed Mae Kelly’s Cottage for dinner. Would definitely return!

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

Celebrating our anniversary and traveling to see our grandson play in the state championship. This location was perfect and the area was accessible to all the things we wanted to do. There were local restaurants nearby. The place was very homey and comfortable, and we appreciated the welcoming bottle with glasses. I could’ve asked for a better situation thanks Renee for making this a very memorable enjoyable weekend.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

Cute and cozy space for my boyfriend and I to spend our time together while riding the trails in Pittsburg. We had a small issue with the wifi but communication was excellent and we were so appreciative. Super clean space and directions were very clear! Kelly gave great recommendations for trails near by and restaurants for dinner, as we had never been up this way. We will be back! Loved the little word magnets on the refrigerator. Thanks so much!!

This place was amazing! So glad that me and my family had the chance to stay here. Being just a few minutes from Santa’s Village, a clean hot tub, a nice grill and a fire pit for s’mores? Perfect recipe for Father’s Day! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were stocked with all sorts of DVD’s and games for kids. Will definitely be back!

Great house, unbelievable views, tons of space! Friendly host. My group was in town for a local road race, and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to town and the mountains!

We loved the views at the Sommet. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us without even spending much time in the guest house. We found the beds comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we ended up eating in 5 out of 7 nights. The Uno, Jenga and Clue were big hits with the whole family. Thanks!

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this home. Not only was the house incredible but the location was perfect. Peaceful but easy to access. Our host, Tim was excellent. He was proactive with his communication. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All of the amenities were top of the line and the view from the back porch is hard to beat. We are very excited about the potential of heading back to this home next year. Incredible house, host and time all around.

The place is beautiful, exactly as described, and the location is great. We were greated with a warm welcome package, stocked coffee/tea bar and some snacks. Linda and John are great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Linda always responded to our questions within minutes, and was very flexible about the storm that was coming to Jackson on our last day staying there. We loved this place! It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We love the new couch too (there was a smaller and different couch in the original listing pictures). Everything we wanted to do was close by which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the condo and we were able to walk over to Storyland. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was quite comfortable.
