Holiday rentals with a patio in Costa Blanca

They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Beautifully tastefully furnished apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the advertisement. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment to everyone with Valentina as a host. You will not be disappointed.

Great apartment, central location - would definitely recommend.

Villa was absolutely pristine, couldn't fault it. Location was great for our friends, walkable to restaurants etc. Cannot fault Kari she was a joy to deal with and her villa is exceptional. Our flight was delayed by an hour (not our fault) so charged 35 euros to be let in by the management company when an easy "lock box" would have sufficed. We were on an early morning flight home when apparently there would have been another charge however the company produced a "lock box"! However unfortunately did not text the combination so we left the key in the villa and just shut the door.

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

The villa offers stunning views and everything you need for a great stay. There’s plenty of space both inside and outside the house, including access to a private pool. Special thanks to Irena for her friendly and clear communication! I’ll definitely come back next time — highly recommended!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house! Everything was very clean, well equipped and just like in the pictures. The location was quiet and ideal for excursions in the area. Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

We had a great few days for my daughter’s Hen break before her wedding next month. This accommodation was perfect for a private group to enjoy some relaxation. We were very glad we hired a car as it was a distance to the shop and closest restaurant (6 min drive) so definitely recommend doing that. We explored Cartagena which was a lovely town with great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

Tina and Roger are adorable, the accommodation is perfect. With a key box and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the view is breathtaking. Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

What a hidden gem! A lovely villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool, villa and our yoga session on the terrace. Andrés and the family were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for the week. Thank you so much for having us, we had a fantastic holiday!

Jurg’s apartment is superb and decorated beautifully the photos don’t give it justice ! It’s super clean with spacious rooms and a balcony that overlooked the marina and beach with the best view of d’ifac, we also had deck chairs and umbrellas for the beach provided When we arrived there was beer , fizz and water in the fridge on arrival and lots of added touches like plenty of supplies of toiletries, kitchen roll toilet roll and condiments in a cupboard .There was also lots of extra towels bed linen even beach towels were supplied and rucksacks for days out Jurg recommended a few restaurants and we tried the Sietelunas restaurant for steak and the meal was amazing so we totally recommend to anyone who loves steak to try it This apartment is in an ideal location for beach walks and local bars and restaurants and it isn’t to lovely either We will definitely be returning thank you Jurg for being such a great host. The use of the garage for our bicycles was perfect.

👋 Hello! I booked this apartment for myself and 3 girl friends! Everything was perfect, The garden/ grounds are pristine and the pool was so beautiful. The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! Lovely place, with beautiful pool area. Great communication wit Pia. Easy access. Things to note: On a very busy main road, so lots of traffic noise during the day. You do block it out after a time, but its worth knowing. The roof terrace is amazing, with stunning virws, but not large. The property is a studio appartment. No seperate seating area inside. Kitchen is not really equipt for cooking. Fridge door hung on the wrong side, which is strange. We stayed for 2 weeks. We were told if we wanted clean sheets and towels at the end of the first week, that this was not catered for. If we wanted, we could pay. Eventually, we were offered the use of the washing machine for the towels ( quick cyle only). These are just points to note. They dont spoil the fact that we had an amazingly relaxed holiday.
