A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It is a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case we were going to rest and enjoy the house, it was not a problem. Communication with the host was very fast and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Speechless...a house cared for in detail, very well decorated, super clean... The location is unbeatable with the beach next door and all the services super close. Milka is charming, very attentive, kind and helpful. We hope to repeat very soon!

excellent!! we feel at home, it is a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your house. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the kids, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival by the accommodation, much more spacious than in the photos, decoration and perfect condition. The terrace is spectacular. Despite being able to park on the street, the fact that they let us use the garage is also a plus. Good location and very quiet area to disconnect and rest. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The host and family member who welcomed us were very kind and attentive, giving us many facilities at all times. It was a wonderful stay, and if we can, we will definitely repeat. Thank you for sharing this home and giving guests a great vacation great.

Great apartment in nice location

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed.
