Independent kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower tray. It has a washing machine and a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean for enjoyment. The sofa can be used for sleeping by taking out its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and ducted heating. It also has ceiling fans.
