This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

In the afternoons, there is nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunsets and starry nights in the bathtub.

Beautiful renovated finca in the quiet village of La Pared. This finca is the perfect accommodation for those who want to spend their holidays in a quiet and authentic way. La Pared is only a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we strongly recommend a rental car.
