Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Costa Calma

Wir haben das Haus wegen der Korbmuschel gewählt und die Muschel war in der Tat unser Lieblingsplatz. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles ist sehr sauber. Gute Aufteilung der Räume. Vom Schlafzimmer oben sieht man tatsächlich aus dem Bett in den Sternenhimmel. Das große Hotel versperrt die frontale Sicht auf das Meer aber das störte uns weiters nicht. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist sehr komfortabel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter.

Nous avons passés une super semaine en famille La maison ressemble exactement aux photos, propre, rangée, et le jacuzzi apporte la touche finale qui permet de se reposer après une journée sur l’île. L’endroit est très calme et il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison. Elle est bien située pour partir vers le sud de l’île où le centre. Jose a été très agréable, serviable et s’est montré très réactif à toutes nos questions/demandes. Je recommande ce lieu sans hésiter

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft vollkommen zufrieden, neben der angenehmen Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber hat uns die nette Einrichtung gefallen, alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Die Dachterasse und der Wirlpool, mit Blick aufs Meer, waren das absolute Highlight. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Atmosphäre, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. There is a bakery, a Café and different restaurants nearby and can be reached by a Short walk. The Beach is 15 min walking distance. The Apartment was really clean, there are three different terraces which is nice so you can relax in the shadow or sun, whatever you prefer. There is also a Barbecue . The kitchen was stuffed with Everything we needed , a big fridge and freezer. We enjoyed our stay a lot

Excellent place for a couple. Very quiet at night. Good places to sit in garden. Second stay and will stay again.

We had a fantastic time at Tini & Carlo’s property. The property is well located, clean and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and laundry facilities were a great bonus. The swimming pool is cleaned twice weekly and is heated making it comfortable to enjoy in the cooler months. The local town has multiple great restaurants & shops, all of which are a short walk. There is plenty to do within the local area. We will most certainly return if visiting Fuerteventura again. Tini & Carlo are great hosts and were extremely responsive leading up to and throughout the stay. Would most definitely recommend this property & hosts!

Magnifique appartement bien équipé avec une très belle vue de la terrasse. Parfait pour un séjour détente. Nous avons apprécié le petit village del Cotillo typique et les plages assez sauvages près del Faro de Tostón

Wir wurden sehr herzlich & freundlich empfangen – ein perfekter Start in unseren Urlaub! Der späte Checkout wurde uns unkompliziert ermöglicht, was uns die Abreise sehr erleichtert hat, vor allem mit Baby! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber & top ausgestattet. Waschmaschine & Spülmaschine waren täglich im Einsatz, die Küche super ausgestattet. Auch Babybett & Hochstuhl wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren jedoch so bequem, dass wir am Ende alle zusammen darin geschlafen haben. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – angenehm temperiert, selbst bei windigem/kühlerem Wetter. Unser kleiner Sohn hatte draußen auch viel Spaß, während wir wunderbar entspannen & die Ruhe genießen konnten. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Spots in der Umgebung. Bei Fragen war Gunter jederzeit erreichbar – herzlich, hilfsbereit & super sympathisch. Man fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause! Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen & bedanken uns nochmals herzlich!❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment overlooking Playa Esmeralda. The location is perfect — just a pleasant walk to the beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The apartment itself is comfortable and inviting, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The owner is fantastic — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any questions or needs. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the charm of Playa Esmeralda!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 2 jährigem Kind dort und haben uns über eine kinderfreundliche Ausstattung (sandspielzeug, Strand-bollerwagen, hochstuhl, Kinderbett und toilettensitz) gefreut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn waren auch nett und eher ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Antje vor Ort war super. Zwischenzeitlich war am Waschbecken Wasser ausgetreten, was sehr kurzfristig und schnell behoben wurde. Kleinere Nachteile waren stumpfe Messer und ein ziemlich weiches Bett (das ist ja aber Geschmacksache).

Wir hatten zuerst etwas Mühe die Unterkunft zu finden. Aber mit den Anweisungen der Gastgeber hat es wunderbar geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die grosse Terrasse mit Meerblick lud zum verweilen ein. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

This was the second time we have stayed at David’s place and it didn’t disappoint. The really large balcony has lovely views of the pool and the sea. Great pool and this year the restaurant has opened next to the pool which made our stay even better. Thanks again for a great stay

We had a perfect time at Fuerteventura! Many thanks to Sebastain! His flat was fantastic! The kitchen is well prepared, the balconies have a stunning view, the mattresses are very new and comfortable and Sebataian as host was very supportive when we had questions to activities or even to fuerte. Gosia is a great person🌸, everything is explained very clearly how to get to the place, it is really not complicated. Very cozy and nice apartments, the view from the windows and balcony in particular is breathtaking🌊🌞🏄‍♀️, for those who want to spend time in peace, you can say very romantic, we highly recommend it 🙏😊

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden. Pawel war sehr freundlich und es hat alles super geklappt.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Esquinzo. Die Küche war super zum Kochen ausgestattet, der Balkon wunderschön, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und wir fanden den sehr ruhigen schönen Strand, der in 5 Minuten zu erreichen war, perfekt. Es gab immer viele freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Der große Pool direkt daneben war ebenfalls super. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit problemlos und sehr freundlich.

We have stayed many times now at Timea's apartment and it is perfect for our needs as a couple. It's very clean, tidy, comfortable and restful. Timea is a great and friendly host and responds well to any queries or issues we wish to raise. The location is close to the shops and beach and it is a short walk to the town centre as well. We have booked again for 2026.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotlessly clean — every detail was taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. The privacy was perfect, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our time without interruption. A huge thank you to our amazing host, who was not only incredibly helpful but also impressively prompt in responding to all our messages — it really made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. If we ever return to Fuerteventura, there’s no doubt about it: we’ll definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended!

Lovely place to get away. Is quiet and peaceful, and you are blessed with the constant sunshine that Fuertaventura provides. It’s perfectly located for kitesurfing at Matas Bay (though you need a car, it’s not walkable), or at Sotavento beach and lagoon (short drive up the road). The only (temporary) downside is that across the road and in line with the view is a construction site, though there was no noise while I was there. Patrick was also super responsive and helped me finding everything I needed in and around Costa Calma. Overall a beautiful place to stay, particularly if, like me, you are not a fan of all-inclusive type places and just want a quiet getaway with a space to yourself.

Wir haben die Tage in der Unterkunft in vollen Zügen genossen. Gabriel ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich hilft wo er kann immer zu erreichen und man merkt wie sehr ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. In der direkten Umgebung sind viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Lage ist super und das Aufwachen direkt mit den Meeresrauschen ein Traum. Wir werden sicher wieder zurückkommen:-)

Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war super, immer unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Alles war sauber und das vorhanden, was man braucht. Zu zweit hatten wir wirklich viel Platz dort. Wir waren zu Beginn der Hauptsaison da, aber es war sehr ruhig um uns herum. Das Highlight war der beheizte Whirlpool auf der Terrasse- wirklich super schön, besonders abends nach einem Strandtag. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Zu Fuß kommt man relativ schnell in den nächsten Supermarkt, an den Strand von Tarajalejo oder zu diversen Restaurants. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man super zu weiteren Stränden oder zum einkaufen/ shoppen fahren. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

El Nawal was a perfect and peaceful retreat, where we could totally relax and unwind. The inside and outside are beautiful and it is located a short walk from some great restaurants and an amazing bakery, which served incredible breakfast and coffee. Lajares has a very chilled surfer vibe and is a great base for exploring the north of the island. Patricia was super helpful and sent us lots of good tips. Hopefully we can return soon 🙂

Superb apartment..peaceful surroundings very quiet all day..easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica was very good to respond to any questions, excellent host thank you. There was some renovation going on in another apartment but limited disruption. Overall Excellent choice.

C’est un super logement, très bien placé, très propre. Naomi est super réactive et nous a toujours donné de bon conseil et de bonne adresse. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.
