The accommodation is located in Costa Calman in the south of Fuerteventura, with a private pool and private parking directly in front of the entrance. Completely renovated and newly furnished, with one bedroom, it offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere for couples and solo travelers. The property has fast optical internet access, the kitchen is equipped with basic utensils. Within a few minutes walk there is a convenience store, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias. The beach is 10 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The balcony is covered and glazed towards the north side as a windbreak. The best part is the fantastic panoramic ocean view! A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!

Ground floor holiday apartment located 7 minutes' walk from the beach. It is located a few metres from several shops, a supermarket and a café. As can be seen in the photographs, the apartment is designed for four people to relax and enjoy an ideal holiday. It consists of a master bedroom with a wardrobe, a living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a communal swimming pool and a large terrace for enjoying pleasant dinners or breakfasts.

Welcome to our charming little paradise. On a hill, in a protected natural area and with incredible views facing the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for disconnecting. A 10-minute walk and a 3-minute drive from one of the best beaches on the island, the beaches of Jandia stretch to the south and have about 23 km of white sand and transparent waters, perfect for getting lost and disconnecting.
