Apartment as described in every way. The host had booked us a parking space near the apartment which was very convenient for us. Small touches that make us very well received.

The apartment is great, true to the description. Everything is very clean and with everything you need. Good area, nice facilities and with services nearby. And the best thing is the treatment of Junior, super friendly and always attentive to us, very attentive and thoughtful. I definitely recommend it and would repeat the stay.

the house is very spacious,comfortable and has spectacular views. it is very new, large fridge, kitchen utensils,large terrace to enjoy the outside overlooking the sea. all the exterior windows and a large living room and with very good views. very recommended for a holiday.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Geert's apartment is exactly as shown in the listing. It's located in an ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and shoreside restaurants. We were welcomed on arrival by Geert's co-host who walked us through the apartment and ensured we understood everything. The apartment is absolutely perfect for stays of any length and feels like home. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want and more. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. Erick was always directly available and very likeable :) We got great tips for Valencia and the surrounding area, which unfortunately we could not use all - a whole week is really worthwhile here. The amenities are minimalist but absolutely sufficient. We are very grateful that we booked the apartment :)
