Wonderful Loft in the Historic Center to premiere. Very bright first floor in modernist building of 1890. Combine the wooden beam of the ceiling with a modern decoration. Luxury equipment and finishes. It is a unique loft space of 30 square meters not including the bathroom. Three people can be accommodated in comfort. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable to brand new. For rest it has a double bed of 1.50 m and a single sofa bed of 90 cm. The loft is located in the heart of the Barrio del Carmen. It has the charm of being one of the largest old neighborhoods in Europe. It is full of historical monuments, architecture from medieval to modern times, museums, theaters, supply market, flea markets, small neighborhood shops, charming restaurants, etc. In short, a great cultural offer, leisure and hospitality. As an experience I would recommend my guests to take a walk through the neighborhood, without taking the plane of the backpack and start wandering through its medieval layout and discovering many corners, alleys, facades, small squares, etc., that most are not found in the usual circuits. To move around the neighborhood the most comfortable is on foot, because the distances are not large. The bike ride is also very pleasant, with a great rental offer. The municipal bus line five surrounds the entire historic center and is very comfortable to visit the city's expanse. If you come by car it is possible to park in the same street or surroundings. From the airport, you can take metro line 3 to Angel Guimera station.

This charming loft apartment from 19 century recently renovated with incredible character high ceilings up to 6 metres and balcony is situated in the heart of Valencia, next to emblematic Quart towers giving entrance to old town, transport, market, amenities less then 3 minutes walk, restaurant cafe just downstairs, strategic position to all Valencia so you can walk anywhere. The loft is situated on 3rd floor without lift but with comfortable stairs. Queen size double bed and one sofa bed.

Luxury mediterranean style 2 levels loft signed by best in-class interior designer. It is located on the first floor of a two-story building, being on the first floor there are very few steps to access the house, about 9 steps. The care for every detail is astonishing and, together with full range of conveniences, makes the top-notch place to stay. The apartment is about 5 minutes walking from Malvarrosa beach. Supermarket at 2 minutes and restaurants and bars at less than 1 minutes!
