Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Costa del Azahar

Excellent place, fully equipped. 2 clean bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, large living space and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bonus of washing machine, dryer and iron. All cleaning products provided so we could keep the apartment clean and tidy. Loads of extra bedding and towels provided. Excellent location, walking distance to Ciudad de las Artes Las Ciencias. Bus stop to all locations outside apartment. Plenty of local restaurants and places to purchase groceries within walking distance. The swimming pool was clean and greatly appreciated. Private and not at all busy. Many times it was just our family using it. We highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family!

Very good stay with Ilaria! Valencia is a very beautiful city and we were finally well located to visit the old town! 20 min walk, ideal to enjoy the lively life of this neighborhood.

We loved our stay in Lucas's apartment. it was easy to get to and to access. You really feel in the heart of Valencia. We loved being able to get back to the apartment and back out again multiple times throughout the day. If you're looking for a peaceful stay then I. the warmer months may not be for you. You are surrounded by bars and restaurants. I loved the sounds of the city though. Extremely easy to get around. We mainly used the metro but also the buses too. We bought a 72hr travel pass which was ideal. The apartment has a few little niggles that have happened over time such as a cupboard door being loose but clean and very comfy. I'd happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The terrace is really great and very big – perfect to enjoy the sun. The location is unbeatable as the beach is right in front of the apartment and also the center and supermarket are very close. The pool was another highlight and great for unwinding. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, and we immediately felt comfortable. We would particularly like to mention Ms. Maria, who welcomed us warmly and made sure that we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back!

Everything's great, we can't have any complaints. The accommodation is very clean, tidy and with everything you need to make your stay as welcoming as possible. El Maestrazgo worthy to know. Also, the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely repeat.

We had a super stay. The apartment is great with a very nice terrace. Everything was very neat and complete. We just didn't know that we had to download an application to get inside (there was a link sent by email but it didn't work) and by chance during our arrival Mercedes was in a course and we couldn't reach her. In the end, Mercedes was able to open the door for us remotely and we had the time to download and log in the application. After that, this system was super convenient because so everyone you stay with has access and you don't have to be difficult with keys if someone wants to go home earlier. 1 small tip, communicate when the code is going to be deactivated, we had to check out at 11am and we already had all the stuff downstairs, then I went upstairs to get the dogs and just 1 minute before 11 the code stopped working. My dogs were still inside. Fortunately, Mercedes responded right away, well at the end.

This little flat was in a great area! Very walkable to lots of restaurants, shopping, and the Central Market. No light facing windows, which made it great for sleeping after a long day of travel :)

Iryna's accommodation is spectacular, it matches all the photos and the description. We were 12 people filling the maximum capacity of the accommodation and we were super comfortable. I would like to highlight the qualities, the Spa and Jacuzzi. The Sauna area is a gem of accommodation. It is intimate because it is inside and has a lot of light. In addition, I was able to postpone the check out two hours at the exit. 10/10 accommodation.

Just stayed one night here after a long hike around Chulilla. Great apartment with everything you need. Silvia was very helpful. Great restaurant opposite the apartment for a great home cooked breakfast.

We spent 3 nights. Everything was very clean, tidy and modern. I felt at home. the only one but it was the floor in front, 4B, the last night they were partying, sticking voices, sticking doors... I couldn't catch an eye until they got tired at 5 am.

Great cozy place with very easy parking just above a restaurant. Great to explore the surrounding area.

Cute place. It's like a hotel, but from apartments. They offer hotel services that you can use if you wanted them. They helped us with the check-in before schedule and also with the organization of the transfer from the hotel to the airport with the reservation of a family van

Fabiana’s apartment was perfect. Everywhere sparkling clean, amazing views, balcony. Sooo quiet. 2 mins to shops (which close at 2pm I’m not sure if some days they reopen. 2 restaurants open until 4 then 8. 10 mins to amazing beach (don’t be afraid of the tiger flys, they don’t bite or sting and are great pollinators). Highlight for me was hiring bike and cycling in the many bike paths through the reserve, amazing nature and birds. Also cycled into the city and through the rice fields. It is all flat and walkable. City amazing architecture and history. Bus stop 2 mins from apt. Sunset not trip a must. Fabiana a lovely host. Highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you for everything Fabiana 🤓

I think this is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The host was lovely, very resonsive to any needs I might have had. It was always clean and tidy. I think that communicating with Svetlana was easy and I felt very welcomed in her home. Her genuine attitide made approaching her very easy, the best host I have met so far! I think this place is perfect for long stays, because you get to have a good mix of privacy, it is quite chill and quiete, and at the same time you can meet fellow travelers if you feel like it. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to work remotely.
