It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Beautiful and comfortable studio in a quiet area, excellently equipped to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant holiday. It can also be the ideal place to relax or work remotely for a few months. The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and the shade, work with the house open, dive into the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without haste... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

The apartment is located in living complex Atlantico, which is in the heart of Costa del Silencio. 200mts to the beach. 300mts to bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The Closest Amarillo beach has blue water, nice chiringuito, lounge music and fantastic Mojitos. Mount Amarillo which is close to appartment, it is very famous for hiking. Las Galletas is 25min walk. Complex has a locked teritorry, 3 swimming pools, sun loungers, kids playground.
