Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Costa Rei

Wir waren mit unserem Hund eine Woche zu Gast bei Matteo. Das Haus liegt einfach traumhaft. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, den man um diese Zeit fast für sich alleine hat. Vom Haus aus kann man super wandern und die Küste entdecken. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, è piccolino ma estremamente funzionale e dotato di tutti i confort necessari a trascorrere un splendida vacanza... Ideale per una famiglia con bambini/ragazzi perché dotato di una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta con letto a castello. Comoda la presenza di 2 bagni completi. Anche la cucina è attrezzata in maniera impeccabile con forno a microonde, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie e un frigorifero grande. Bellissimo e ampio il terrazzo coperto dove c'è un tavolo da pranzo, il forno per la griglia, angolo lavanderia e divanetti... molto comodo ed esposto in posizione ottimale per godersi pranzi e cene. Il giardino è ampio con doccia esterna tavolino e divanetti. Molto bella la piscina ad uso esclusivo, esposta in modo da godere del sole del pomeriggio. Alessia e Paolo sono stati molto cortesi e premurosi fornendoci un sacco di informazioni utilissime per il nostro soggiorno.

Wir haben 4 Tage in der ruhigen Oase von Carla verbracht. Nach turbulenten Tagen in touristisch überlaufenenden Gegenden, ist ihre Unterkunft der perfekte Rückzugsort um abzuschalten und runter zu kommen. Die Umgebung überzeugt vor allem durch traumhafte Strände, wer schicke Restaurants, Fußgängerzonen zum bummeln und Bars sucht, ist hier falsch. Wir haben es genossen im örtlichen Supermarkt (toll ausgestattet obwohl er echt klein ist) einzukaufen und frische italienische Lebensmittel zum kochen nutzen zu können. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen, lesen und genießen ein. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt, sogar frische selbst gepflückte Beeren und selbst gebackenen Kuchen hat uns Carla gebracht.

10/10! Super ruhige Gegend. Außer die grillen hört man Nix! Am Ende der Straße , im Grünen mit Blick auf die Berge! Tolle Terrasse und Garten zum draußen sitzen, mit spielehaus/rutsche. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeber sind eine ganz liebe , nette und diskrete Familie . Und der Familien Hund passt perfekt zu allem. Man Brauch unbedingt ein Auto, ist aber in 10 min in costa rei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Sehr schönes kleines Strandhaus mit allem was man für einen schönen Strandurlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zu 7km langen Sandstrand war hervorragend. Der Kontakt zu Marcus, dem Hausverwalter war top und sehr freundlich. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

The house and the view was even better than on the pictures. Everything was clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, super nice garden with lemon and olive trees. On top of that Giacomo is a very nice and helpful host who always responded quickly and made everything possible! We will come back for sure!

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus, komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Die Zufahrt ist ein wenig holprig, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nix. Wir würden sofort, ohne Zögern noch einmal buchen. Der Gastgeber war überaus fürsorglich und leicht zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus.

Rosalba è un host perfetto ,precisa in tutto , ci ha fatto trovare pasticcini e una bottiglia di vino di ben venuto (pensiero carino)la sua casa è molto confortevole dotata di tutto ,addirittura ombrelloni sdraio da spiaggia e per chi li ha giochi per bambini . La sua casa è a due passi dal supermercato e a cinque da locali e ristoranti ma soprattutto dalla spiaggia . La casa è in una via silenziosa . Le serate nella sua terrazza vista mare dopo una giornata di spiaggia sono fantastiche . Consiglio vivamente questa casa .Grazie Rosalba

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location is on a hill with a view of the cathedral. You will hear a constant chiming of church bells and tourists visiting, which we didn’t mind. Be prepared to walk up and down the hill to get into Cagliari center and to restaurants. Keep in mind that if you have a rental car, the parking is a bit of a nuisance. On a map it appears to be just behind the apartment with a 12 min walk but it’s down a hill so there’s a lot of walking up and down the hill. Another thing to consider is that because the street in front is narrow, it is difficult to stop to load or unload your car since there’s almost always someone right behind you wanting to go forward. It’s a one car, one way street of an old charming city. Was a bit of a challenge to unload and load our luggage. Overall we loved the apartment and the church bells. The host was accessible and responsive. Maybe uber to and from the apartment for a more convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at that place and saw wonderful sunrises from the balcony. I highly recommend this appartment as it was clean, quiet and close to the beach.

Wir haben uns gleich die zuhause gefühlt in dieser wunderschönen, stylischen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche bietet alles was man braucht und auf der großzügigen Terrasse konnten wir die Sonne genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück, welches liebevoll zubereitet und reichhaltig ist. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in den Bergen und der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, Luca für die angenehme Zeit! :-)

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön mit einem großen, liebevoll angelegten Garten und wirklich sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Der malerische Strand war super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Lage war allgemein sehr gut. Die Autobahn war gerade einmal 10 Minuten entfernt. Alles war wie beschrieben.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Wir haben das Appartement aufgrund der Beschreibung und der Fotos gewählt, unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Luca und Taty haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen, sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit war vorbereitet, ein paar Getränke schon im Kühlschrank. Machbare langen Fahrt habe ich mich auf das kühle Bier und den Meerblick gefreut. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Handtücher waren vorbereitet, es gibt auch direkt am Wasser (also 3 Meter davor) noch Sonnenliegen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hört nur das Meer und ein paar Vögel. Wlan funktioniert gut. Ein AUTO ist bei der Lage unbedingt zu empfehlen! Restaurants und Supermarkt sind ein paar km entfernt. Auch sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, bis zum Appartement (erste Reihe Meer) muss man einige Meter runter und die Stufen irgendwann auch wieder hoch ;-) Luca war so nett und hat meiner Frau bei der Ankunft direkt beim Koffer geholfen. Sehr aufmerksam.

Great unit! Perfect central neighborhood making navigating Cagliari simple. Franco made us feel right at home during our check in. We will stay here again for a future trip.

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Wonderful apartment in Cagliari! Great instructions and check in was easy. Located on the cutest street right by a main square with bars and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and get around to the main streets!

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

Eine wirklich perfekte Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Art reine Häuser mit vielen kleinen Wohnungen. Als wir im Mai dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem perfekt ausgestattet, man braucht nur Essen gegebenenfalls Getränke kaufen. Das einzigste was nicht 100-prozentig perfekt ist, ist die Bademöglichkeit, da man hier keinen Strand hatte, sondern nur zwischen den Steinen ins Wasser steigen kann. Geht aber auch. Noch schöner ist es natürlich 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den wunderschönen buchten zu fahren. Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Restaurants gibt es leider sehr wenige und keine fußläufig. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es ein wirklich traumhafter Ort ist.

A small, delightful apartment with everything we needed to enjoy this great city for 5 days, including cooking & laundry facilities (we are travelling for 4 months). Enrica is lovely, eager to ensure your stay goes well & very quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location, near the marina in the old city with everything in walking distance. Clean, great shower & comfy bed with good reading lights! Highly recommended.
