Amazing place, a view I've never found in another apartment. An old apartment, but very well maintained, large, spacious, everything was perfect, we were 6 people and there was not even one complaint, because it is very large and everything is very spacious. Excellent ap with good location and a beautiful view. It was clean and neat. Smell bed and bath linens. The kitchen is well equipped. Gabriel and Francisco were extremely attentive and helpful, only for them is worth the stay. I recommend it. It would only suggest an exchange of the upholstery of the chairs and sofas of the living room to make them comfortable.

I highly recommend to stay at Maria’s house. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is also ideally located close the beach and the centre. Maria and her family are very kind and welcoming . They even prepared coffee and cake at our arrival. Maria sent us many recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat. We were sad to leave and we wanted to stay longer .

My family and I spent 3 days at the house of Ágata and it was certainly an excellent choice, which we strongly recommend. We will certainly be staying at Ágata's home again. The space is ideal for families and those looking for tranquility.

I traveled with friends and how we were talking on the way it was quiet. The house is accessed by a staircase. If you travel with the elderly, it can be a bit uncomfortable. The house is cute! The owner Ana Paula was very friendly and attentive, the caretaker Mr Petrônio served us very well, the apartment is great, large, clean, well located, close to snack bars and ice cream shops, it is possible to reach the beach on foot. The condo is very well maintained, the common areas well clean and organized, the pool clean, trimmed grass, I recommend!

We had an incredible time! The location is great, the condominium is very good, the staff are too. The house is very well equipped with everything of high quality. Plates, cutlery, platters, glasses, bowls, appliances… many beach chairs, ball, board… I would go back and recommend it.

Real estate in great place, we don't miss anything. Close to everything, bakery, restaurants, snack bars…The apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen with various accessories (although we used only cutlery and dishes), because of the location we do not feel the need to cook. Very polite porter. Only leaving an alert for the other tenants, the region is full of beggars, which does not take away the beauty of the beach, but some bother a little. Besides, we want to go back again and again.

I loved the apartment, has a Protective screen and mosquito net screen in all the windows, which was great because we took our kitty and he can be at ease in the apartment while we enjoy the beach.
