The stay was wonderful. The space was cozy and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with great leisure options and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

We had an amazing time in Mr. Fernando's apartment! Very pleasant environment, prepared in the smallest details, from the cordial reception of the caretaker Reginaldo to the wine and coffee capsules provided by the host. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone looking for a place with a perfect location, structured, clean and cozy. We'll be back soon!

The apartment is consistent with the photos, the view from the balcony is beautiful, having breakfast there is a delight. The space was clean, organized, the bed is super comfortable. Thiago was very helpful, polite and always responded with agility. The only addendum is the air conditioning that is a little noisy because it is older, but freezes well. The common area of the hotel is a charm apart, staff are polite, the pool is even more beautiful in person, makes beautiful photos. I was by car throughout my stay and I had no problems parking or registering it. It is also possible to walk to the nearby shopping mall (pirates) or other places of interest. I highly recommend the place of Thiago.

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

Really, I recommend with my eyes closed the stadia. The cozy place, met and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were polite and were always on standby. For sure, my family and I spent incredible days in the apartment. It will be on our list for a new opportunity!

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in all rooms, which made all the difference. The house is very well equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight for the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the drink from the cooler we took to the sand. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds an incredible view, you really don't want to get out of there. Cooking with that view is incredible. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, contemplate that view. Cyntia the clerk with help with everything in the house was really helpful. I cooked and was there catering to our needs. Juli the same, I could get everything I asked of her/I would really come back a thousand times !
