Guesthouse holiday rentals in Costa Verde

Wonderful place, better even than in the photos. Diego and Andressa were super attentive and responsive, gave great tips of walks and restaurants. We were looking for indications of vegan restaurants and they gave great tips in the region and in the city. The house is in a great location for walks on the note of Ubatuba, extremely close to the waterfall and beach of Prumirim (we went on foot) and even from Paraty to enjoy the centrinho at night. We'll definitely be back and the next one we'll go with Diego for some surf lessons.

Otima option for those who want to have a house with excellent structure and VIP service by the host! The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes and appliances, the house is all wonderful and delighted everyone. Literally the house is surrounded by forest and the river side. If you like peace, it's the right place!! The only point is that it's not so close to the condo entrance and for those who want to walk to the beach, the walk is long! As we are in low season we had no trouble finding a spot on the street. It was a great choice and our weekend was excellent.

What marked me the most was the view from the house, by the pool overlooking the sea. The house is a guest house that is next to the main house, as we only did barbecue, we did not use much of the kitchen of the guest house (small and did not observe microwaves), despite this the utensils available, especially for the barbecue served us very well. The negative point is that in the guesthouse is like a studio, a suite with a countertop that separates from the kitchen. We sleep in the outer room, which is close to the BBQ area, which was cozy, also a suite with a good shower, doors and windows facing the swimming pool. I found only a little high the value, because we went during the week, two nights, which came out an average of one thousand reais for three people, it was not a holiday. And something I pointed out to the hostess was that she provided more resistant garbage bags and not just one, more than one, since in the end she asked us to leave everything clean and the garbage out.

We enjoyed it a lot. The house is minutes away from the beach of Jabaquara, it is a quiet beach, calm sea. We have a baby, and we could do a lot. For being close, I could go and return with the baby in my lap without problems. Tadeu is a great host, received us super well and indicated great places. The district is quiet and quiet. It was a great experience.

The stay was wonderful, both Marcio and his wife Vanessa were super receptive to us and gave tips of beaches and restaurants. Beatriz's place is extremely cozy. In addition, it is close to everything! We did everything on foot and it was totally worth it! Well-kept house, with everything we needed.

First time I stayed at the colibri chalet. Much smaller than the others that I have already stayed on the property, but excellent for my need that it was an overnight! Everything is extremely clean, care in the smallest details and wonderful environment!

I loved the place! Super quiet for those looking to relax and with a wonderful landscape. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and super clean. I can't help but talk about the couple Vailde and Henrique, extremely attentive and with good energy. I intend to return!

We went for a weekend and were pleasantly surprised. The space is even more beautiful than in the photos, everything is very well taken care of, you can see the affection given in each space, the bed is very comfortable, blankets and towels were provided, the internet connection is great. There is a landscape on all sides, washing the breakfast dishes has never been so beautiful, I suggest having a wine near the fire, without a doubt it is an excellent option to get to know. In addition, Renato is very friendly and communicative, he answered us super fast, gave us tips for tours, restaurants. I hope to return very soon. Congratulations on a wonderful place!

The place is very pleasant, and it has a dream view. The colorful birds adorn the balcony, wanting to eat fruit, and they are very close. It doesn't even make you want to leave the house, it's so good. I highly recommend it, enjoy and live the wonderful experience! Spectacular nature! Sidinei from the beginning to the check-out attended us super well. Giving recommendations, reminding them of the schedules and services available. Very good breakfast. Very cozy and welcoming cottage. I recommend it for couples who want to stay in a place in contact with nature, without noise, and get to know another side of Campos. It is not far from the center, only 15 to 18 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Amazing experience! It was exactly what I was looking for! If you need to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, this house is the perfect place. The house is ideal for up to 4 people in the same family. It already comes equipped with clean towels and linen, plus all the household utensils needed for a comfortable stay. Located in front of a little river and surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, you wake up with the sound of nature: just the noise of the river and the birds. Félix beach is approximately 10 minutes walking. It's not even worth taking the car out of the garage — the path to the beach is a separate experience, a real encounter with nature. Special highlight for the service of Thiago, which was simply wonderful. I highly recommend and I intend to come back for sure!

My husband and I had a great time in the city and the choice of accommodation was wonderful and spot on, because in addition to getting to know the city and tourist spots, we would love to enjoy a good accommodation, rest and relax these days, and that's exactly what happened! Jane's reception was excellent, she sent us great instructions about the cottage and tips about the city. Extremely clean and organized accommodation, everything perfect and very welcoming, very tasteful environment. We took full advantage and even used the wood oven to enjoy the last night and it was a very nice experience. The chalet is very warm with lots of blankets available. We had a few meals there, there are many utensils that served us very well. Finally, our first visit to Campos do Jordão was certainly even more special because of this great success in staying at Jane's Chalet.

From the beginning, at the time I made the reservation, Hélio was extremely helpful and made himself available for everything. And it was like that until the end. He's a great host, we feel at home. What I have to say about the Vento de Maio Chalet is: absolute perfection. It is VERY cozy, impeccably clean and organized. The kitchen has everything you need to cook there. In general, the chalet is ideal for those seeking comfort, tranquility and privacy. It's a real paradise in the mountains. It is quite cold there, but there are plenty of blankets, a fireplace in the room with separate firewood and even the tap water in the bathroom is hot. The experience was amazing. We will certainly be back!

Christina was very attentive from the time we arrived until we left. The place was exactly as the photos showed, we were very well attended to with a one-year-old son. We recommend it!

The stay was great! The space and the landscaping is beautiful and the house is more beautiful than in the pictures. It had everything we needed. Township of 2 large markets and about 15 minutes walking to the historic center and pier that leave the boat rides. We carry our cachorra that has greatly taken advantage of the backyard. Even the little house being on the same plot as Gunter's house we feel private. He welcomed us very well. Pool a delight and deeper than I imagined! Voltaria more often.

The stay was great! The apartment is very comfortable, with good thermal comfort even on colder days. The kitchen is well equipped, which made it much easier during the trip. The location is very good, close to the Railway Station and Rua Torta, tourist attractions of the city. An extra plus is the free parking in front of the house, which makes it easy for those who are driving. The host Maria was extremely friendly and always available to help. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

I stayed in this little corner in the Pontal neighborhood and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is beautiful, super well maintained and with a structure that goes far beyond what it shows in the photos. The pool is huge, the bed is super comfortable, and the decor has a simple and cozy charm that makes us feel at home. The garage accommodated my girlfriend's TROLLER. The neighborhood itself is delightful, beautiful, quiet, close to good restaurants and very close to the historic center, you can walk around easily. The host was very polite and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I definitely want to come back more often when I go to Paraty. It's well worth it! The kitty is a charm apart!

Near the sea, day and night you can hear the sound of the waters of the sea. Excellent restaurants, quitandas tmb. We stopped the car in a covered, super quiet parking lot. The beach is beautiful and on the side is a beach d reserva has other beautiful beaches and waterfalls of easy access. Cris welcomed us very well! Gorgeous Days! I want to go back.

I spent the Carnival with my wife and my two children in Liliana's space. Couldn't have made a better choice! The little house is beautiful, charming, cozy and decorated with very good taste.. Despite being a mono-environment space, it has accommodated my whole family in comfort. All utensils and utensils were present. We do not miss anything at all. The beds are very comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. The condominium is calm and safe and is only a 7-minute drive from Shopping Piratas. We spent all day sailing and when we came back it was a delight to relax in the house. Strong, uninterrupted Wi-Fi signal. We ate at night on the delicious balcony of the house, with the gorgeous sea view. Liliana is a sweetheart, a person with an incredible energy, always humorous and affectionate with my children. Village gave us all the information we needed. When I return to Angra, I have no doubt that this is where I will stay again.

We loved everything, from the reception of dear Luiza, who waited for us and received us with all affection and kindness, until the last minute of the stay. Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Margarida are wonderful, they gave us all the instructions for the house, before and after we arrived. The house is very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with all the utensils available. We were three adults and a baby, and the house accommodated us well. I would like to give "10 stars", but I can only give 5. We'll be back for sure. I would like to thank you again for everything!
