Paraty, great island house with beach and soft sand

Beautiful house on an island with a 200-meter beach of soft sand. Complete infrastructure. Bright and cozy house, full ocean view. Our family, friends and guests describe the place as heavenly. There are 5 Suites with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, minibar, we have a small boat for transfers, other services will have the expense of diesel. Including a sailor and a maid. If you wish, we have an excellent cook who has worked for the family for 30 years (separate payment from the house rent)

Petit Casa - Pereque

Charming rustic little house located on Perequê Beach, on a cul-de-sac less than 700 meters from the beach. The villa has a garage, shared pool, barbecue and lots of nature around! A villa with 2 bedrooms being one of them a mezzanine with a double bed. A bedroom with a double bed with garden exit, full kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with two single beds that is located underneath the mezzanine. The space is Pet Friend (1) bring your four-legged companion 🐾

The land is all surrounded by a wire fence. Within the same site, there is a chalet and the main house (where the hosts live), but all independent and distant from each other, maintaining the privacy of each location.
