I stayed in Sérgio's apartment from Wednesday to Sunday and I have nothing but praise. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, very clean, organized, comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary infrastructure for a perfect stay. It has excellent 24-hour service. The location is excellent, close to markets, restaurants and with easy access to everything I needed during my stay. Sérgio was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact, always ready to respond quickly and ensure that everything was in order. Undoubtedly, a host who makes a difference and makes the experience even better. I highly recommend the accommodation and, if a new opportunity arises, I will certainly return!

It was a pleasure to stay at Verano, a quiet, well-located space and the room was very well organized and structured. I hope to be able to come back more often and have the opportunity to stay with Fabio again.

Local very well located. Apartment with everything that was necessary for our 2-day stay. The shower was excellent, excellent flow and great temperature. It was very cold, but the water was very hot, which was very good for us to warm up.

Felipe took care of us very well, we can only thank him, the wonderful space with everything that was in the ad, wonderful location and spectacular leisure area, polite staff. We felt at home, everything was comfortable and clean, the beach in front was wonderful and in the surroundings we found everything we needed, apart from the transportation, which is very well served by Uber and public transport. We will definitely return at the next time.

Beautiful Flat, close to the sea. All impeccable. Cleaning, the kitchen utensils are beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

We always look for places that allow pet and that make it possible to prepare quick snacks, a shake, alternating with external meals. The flat served perfectly, with various utensils and everything working. Only problem: the local voltage being 220V did not allow the use of some devices that we brought, but the staff provided us with a small transformer and everything went well. The location is perfect, practically "foot in the sand", as well as being next to a small but friendly shopping mall with lots of dining options, and close to several other restaurants, bars and street shops. You can do everything on foot. And not to mention that Juquehy remains a pleasant "villa", with only horizontal houses and condominiums. It is well worth it.

A good option for those who need a little more space than the other rooms at Home Green Home. It was great to have the 3 suites, and the living room is very spacious and comfortable. The dishwasher was working perfectly and helped a lot, and there was even specific detergent there for our use. For those who usually stay at this hotel, like us, just keep in mind that the view is not as good as the rooms numbered above 200, and the balcony is smaller than those rooms.

Quiet stay, extremely attentive eduardo and always responding quickly to what we needed. Local dwelling exactly as described on the listing. The only downside I observed was that on the outskirts of the rental there are not many options for restaurants/bars. It is close to RioCentro for app cars.

There was no problem, since check-in. The environment was clean and as described by the owner. The view from the balcony is quite pleasant, providing a rest for the mind. Because it is on a high floor, it has good privacy and escapes a little from the noise of Rod. Pres. Dutra.

Yuri was sensational, the entrance and exit instructions were very well clarified, the clean suite, well organized, exactly as described in the ad. Many restaurant and market options a few meters away. The only thing that was really missed was a microwave, it would make a total difference, other than that all was sensational. I will go to Ubatuba again and I will definitely rent it again. I recommend it to everyone!
