Shopping for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes. Younger guests are our rabbits to know who live in our garden. A sandbox with toys, a selection of games, many picture books, etc. are waiting for you. The cottage stands in a garden, which is also used by the owners. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In the house there is a small kitchenette. There is a zweiflammiges induction field. In addition, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern in den Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

Schöne Wanderwege in den verschlungenen linkselbischen Tälern gilt es genauso zu entdecken wie die Weinstadt Radebeul mit dem Spitzhaus und dem historischen Dorfanger Alt-Kötzschenbroda (Kneipen). Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).
