Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

My property is close to the beach, the forest, the train station, the village of Escoublac with its shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for cooking and comfort. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can park your car in the driveway of the house. It is not accessible to PMRs.
