Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cowes

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

Perfect apartment and location for a small family to get away. Loved being walking distance to everything. The apartment is really well set up and the balcony is a huge bonus.

very clean and well stocked kitchen with complimentary welcome basket of good quality bottled water, crackers and pancake mix which was definitely a big surprise and helped alot for my famished family after the long drive from Melbourne city. just behind is the Cowes jetty which made for a great morning walk with numerous coffee and food joints just right next door. supermarkets were nearby too and the location is just so convenient. there are no lifts though so u need to carry up your luggage up the flight of stairs (easy for someone who exercises regularly). definitely will recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in Phillip Island.

Carola’s place is in a private & quiet corner of the resort close to the pool. The unit is very clean and functional with all the necessities provided, including a bath (which wasn’t in the listing, so a welcome surprise for our toddler). The resort is quite fun for kids, with pools and games rooms and a kart track. A lovely place to stay- highly recommended.

Me and my friends had a great stay at Victors place! It was super cosy and had everything we needed. We stayed in most of the time and cooked / ate together which we enjoyed a lot. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Overall would highly recommend!

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

My family and I had an amazing time at this place! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. The amenities are top-notch, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a restaurant, and much more. This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a **perfect home away from home**, especially with kids, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning! My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

This property’s photos - while they’re great - don’t do the actual home justice. It was absolutely fabulous! Everything was sparkling clean, the kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need, the pantry had so many “essentials” we lost count, the glassware, plates etc were plentiful. The beds were super comfy and the linen was lovely. The 2 bathrooms were amazingly presented and so clean. The styling throughout was superb. The location was so peaceful yet easily walkable to beach and town. It really is a 10/10 property. We literally could not find a single thing to fault and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and definitely hope to stay again on a future stay in Phillip Island.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
