Waterfront is steps away from the coastal path. Downstairs has a galley kitchen leading off to conservatory/dinning area at one side,utility room and WC/shower room at the other. The living/dinning room is spacious and bright with magnificent sea views and a cosy wood burning stove, a bathroom and hall. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable. A car is required.

300 year old building, newly renovated in the picturesque fishing village of Crail. 1 1/2 miles from 7th oldest golf course in the world and 10 miles to the world class St.Andrews Golf Course. Short walk to beach front and a beautiful harbour as well as Fife Coastal Path. Has a lovely pottery shop where items are made on the premises. If you don't feel like cooking Crail has a good fish and chip shop. Pubs & grocery shops near by. Everything is within walking distance form the house.
