Small house of 80m2 with its land of 4000m². Relaxing and quiet objective in a corner of the countryside near the leisure base of the Rincerie (3km). For your nights Le Lieu offers 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine. For your days, an equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area with stove and an outdoor area with garden furniture and some fun and sporty surprises. The place is there to relax, so it is not open to a festive activity.

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away.
