Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Crenshaw, Los Angeles

Michael and the other hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful and responsive to any questions I had before, during and after the stay. Would recommend the location, walkable to many restaurants, easy Waymo or Rideshare pickup, and a very secure area all around. If I ever make it back to L.A., I hope to book my stay here again!

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We drove from Las Vegas for a family event and booked 5 nights. (Family of 4) it was really comfortable and Nina greeted us at check in and made us feel right at home ! I would definitely book for future LA trips!

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

my stay at Howard's place was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! Howard is a ROCKSTAR host - super responsive, ridiculously helpful, and made me feel like royalty! The house was immaculate, cozy, and in the most convenient location ever! I mean, it's like he knew exactly what I'd need and made sure everything was just right. The room was comfy, the amenities were top-notch, and the area was perfect for exploring. Howard's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to snag a booking (because let's be real, this place books up FAST!), you won't regret it. Aaron’s place was just perfect. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing, and clean. It’s just the right amount of space. Very tidy and clean. The goodie basket was nice and all the extra touches. Was perfect for what we needed. Aaron & Dane were super attentive and helpful. Communication was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Cherie and David are excellent hosts. The detailed thought put into everything that is provided to the guest is exemplary. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. I couldn’t thank them more for a most comfortable and peaceful stay. There’s plenty of street parking so we never had any challenges. The neighborhood is super serene. The location is closer to the airport, BUT the best part was that there were SO MANY different routes to get back from wherever you ventured to. The air conditioning was a blessing. Everything worked beautifully and when I had any questions, Cherie and David were super prompt to respond. I had some special requests which they willingly helped me with. Fantastic Hosts!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Carina’s home! The inside what spotless and beautiful. The space was small but was provided with everything that we needed. The location was also very ideal for our travel plans and getting in and out wasn’t difficult. We plan on coming back here in the future!!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at M’s place in the Venice Canals. So lovely and serene, such a good location. It’s within walking distance to Venice Beach and easy to get around LA via uber. Very safe area too, lots of dog walkers and people walking through the canals but quiet and peaceful at night. Inside was equally lovely with a large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Overall we would definitely recommend this stay 💚

I came for my birthday with my family, and Tiffany went over and beyond with decorations for my birthday!! She was responsive, checking in every morning with new recommendations (which proved to be very useful- LA can really back up with wait times) Really grateful we found Tiffany and I look forward to booking again.

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Cara was very helpful when I had questions and she went out of her way to accomodate me. E.g. I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little table next to the outside chair to hold my coffee and it magically appeared a couple of days later, which was very sweet. I think the windows need repair because they were difficult to open and close but they are working on it! Luckily Santa Monica is fairly cool and breezy so AC is not needed.

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
