Waterfront Cottage with Covered Boat Slip

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood near the Tunnel of Trees, Pond Hill Farm, downtown Harbor Springs, 8 minutes to Boyne Highlands and other top northern Michigan attractions. LUXARY HOT TUB INSTALLED JULY 2025. Upright piano and ukulele. House = approx. 2,800 sq. ft. You must let us know if you would like to bring 1 dog or an 8th person. The cabin's contemporary design features an open floor plan, and the house is designed around the property's natural setting to provide a 270-degree view of Grand Traverse Bay and the surrounding orchards.
