Lake house holiday rentals in Crooked Lake

The hosts were very responsive and communicative. The AC kind of went out and the hosts promptly got someone out to fix it. The setting was beautiful! We enjoyed a couple days on the boat (Northaire rentals), then did day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinac Island and then a down day with the kayaks and SUP. My husband enjoyed fishing off the Dockside Pier. We enjoyed ice cream at Moomers, local cider at Royal Farms and our best meal at Toonie’s for Friday fish fry. Us southerners should have been better prepared for colder water and later seasons. The longer days also threw us for a loop but still a great first trip to Michigan!

Lovely stay at Denise’s cottage!

My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this B&B!! It was exactly fit what we envisioned for our private little getaway following our wedding! It was so peaceful and relaxing, especially having the warm hot tub while we admired the gorgeous lakefront view!! Extremely kind hosts as well!! Couldn’t have been more pleased all around!! We cannot wait to come back!!

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

Great stay for the weekend. Peaceful and beautiful view of the lake. We seen bald eagles and caught fish off the dock. We would love a place like this to spend weekends away. Definitely would stay there again.

Ashel’s home is decorated beautifully, comfortable and it’s situated perfectly between so many amazing spots to visit! The first set of stairs down to the beach are a bit of an… adventure, however they are completely manageable and worth the walk! My family enjoyed the property and beach so much during our stay! The countless fire pits along the property give you so many options to enjoy a bonfire and the water in so many ways! Ashel was an amazing host and so incredibly responsive to all of my communications!

Kayla was a great host and the cabin was in a great spot no complaints 😊

This was a truly peaceful retreat. The view of the lake was even more stunning in person, and the house was impeccably clean. Emillie was a wonderful host, and I would definitely rent again.

We stayed for a weekend with family and our fur babies and had an amazing time. Courtney let us check in earlier which was nice of her and we got to enjoy the water. The water was just as described crystal clear. House was super clean and cozy. We will definitely stay again next year.

Perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding. House was beautifully decorated. It had everything you could need and so much more. Can’t wait to come back for another trip

The bonfire at this house is truly amazing! In the early morning, you'll be gently awakened by the pleasant sound of wind chimes. The room's décor has a cozy cabin feel to it. It’s definitely spacious enough for five people, and we stayed here very comfortably.

The cottage was so cute and has its original charm! Directly on the water and a nice fire pit to utilize! Just a quick stroll down the path and you’re at the beach. The cottage is well equipped with things you need on the daily. We just bought some groceries and were good to go! The location is perfect! It’s very close to Leland Fish Town, downtown Lake Leelanau, Suttons Bay, and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Dandan was a wonderful host! Friendly and responsive. Clear instructions. It was truly a lovely getaway and Dandan is an excellent host!

we loved this place so much! Probably one of the best rentals we have every had on a trip! The place had great views , was so comfortable and felt like being at home and had so many small touches that helped us while being away from our own home! We loved all of these extra bonus things like night lights , extra snacks , variety of coffee options and a s'mores bar to top it off ! Thank you for making our stay extra special and fun!! We loved it !!

A delightful cottage on the Bluffs of Lake Michigan. You can hear the waves from the deck. The home was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. We would highly recommend Lizzie’s home.

A clean, cozy, well decorated space that had everything we needed and then some. Peaceful area, close to lake. We really felt at home and enjoyed ourselves. Chip makes everything clear and easy. Great host.

This place is beautiful,we had a great time place was very peaceful!!! I highly recommend the pontoon rental, great fishing info on the lake, great variety of fish from the dock!!

Kari's home on Lake Michigan was wonderful in every way. The property surrounding the house is beautifully landscaped with lovely plants, flowers and tall trees. Much attention to detail was apparent throughout the home. The gorgeous art, accessories, and decor were impeccable. It was apparent that in the decor she kept the historical integrity of a house built in the 1970's while adding a modern & elegant touch. Kari was completely responsive to all questions and concerns. The kitchen, house and garage were stocked with anything you could possibly need or want on a family vacation. The view, the beach, the surroundings couldn't have been more perfect. We would love to have the opportunity to enjoy this home again in the future.

The cabin was even better than expected! Nicole responded to every question that I had within 10 minutes. This was the perfect place for a kid free getaway and I think it would be just as fun in the winter as the summer. The location was perfect for visiting other cities if you want to travel around. We went to Petosky and Boyne city and visited Northern Michigan speedway on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!

Very modern space with all the amenities in quiet, natural surroundings. The home was in an area of upper Michigan that is in less-travelled with a quaint small town with good restaurants and small grocery store. All the more-travelled areas are in easy driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider going back!

Beautiful sunsets. The palce needs some TLC. May not have been ready for season. Propane was empty, dishwasher does not work properly. Water pressure needs sone attention. Especially if dishwasher isnt working properly. Bakeware doesnt fit in double ovens. Needs some attention. With that said. The private spaces available made it extremely nice to separate at times. Overall other than a few bumps very happy with stay. Would definitely recommend.

This house is just as promised in all the photos. A beautiful house with a gorgeous view. Kitchen was equipped with all you need to do cooking or dining in while staying. All the spaces were clean and tidy with all the little things thought of like little throw blankets in the living areas to use, to puzzles and family & group friendly games. The hot tub overlooking the private lake access was perfect to enjoy in the evenings. Also the location! Cant beat it, close enough to downtown Traverse City to enjoy all the shopping and restaurants but far enough up on the peninsula to be close to many wineries and the downtown Sutton Bay area. We would definitely recommend this house and will be back when were in the area again.

Lovey home. Beautiful location. Very clean. Amply stocked. Great communication. For those who have problems with many stairs…. This is NOT a good fit. There are twenty steps each time you enter or leave the home. Outside there are more stairs to move to the lower level.

The place was an absolute delight! The house was cozy and felt just like home. The house was super clean and tidy. The cleanest house that I’ve stayed at actually. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful. The neighbors were friendly. The conveniency of the beach being steps away was really nice. I would definitely recommend.
