Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Cumberland River

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Balcony was large enough for 2 couples (had 6 chairs.) Beds were comfortable and it’s our third time at the Burnham. Walkable to Broadway and enough space to stretch out. This unit also has whole bedroom walls, so is different than some of the others which provides more privacy.

Stayed here for CMA Fest 2025! 10/10 location. Very close to Broadway and not a bad walk to Nissan! Definitely would stay here again! My only complaint is the shower is not great. I am a shower snob and the water pressure was not very good. Bedroom bed was very comfortable as well as the roll away bed. Pull out couch bed was like any other pull out couch but slept great after a night on Broadway! It also came with a blow up mattress! All in all great place and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a close cool place for a weekend on Broadway!

The place was perfect for my bach party during Kentucky derby weekend. Especially with booking the top room as well. There was a door that combined both air bnbs. It was so helpful being able to go back and forth for both of my groups that were staying in their respective rooms. Amazing host no complaints on the stay what so ever. The only issue I ever see arising with this place is parking if you have people you don’t know stay in the other apartment. Definitely max of 4 cars fit in the driveway. And the sound levels for the bottom residents. But it is described in the description so if you complain about it then that’s on you for booking it knowing the situation. Loved the golf course right down the road. Good restaurants and walkable pizza shop and liquor store. Really was a great weekend with my friends and I thank Shaalim for being so responsive during the 10 months we communicated back and forth when I booked.

The laugh was beautiful, clean and a perfect location… Micheal was in communication with us the whole time…! We will be staying there again, I promise…

Our host was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the Airbnb is AMAZING, almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and there were even complimentary snacks provided! I especially loved the great gym we had access to. Would definitely recommend this place.

Dan’s Airbnb was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and it felt like home for our family. We truly enjoyed the back deck of the house, the king bed in the master bedroom, spacious kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We very much enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, hiking the adjacent trails and being in the middle of nature was awe inspiring! Great place Dan! You helped to make our week very enjoyable. The perfect spot for my pup and I to stay while visiting the area! Clean, comfortable, and safe. It was so nice enjoying coffee on the front porch. Amy was so friendly and helpful, and the space is well thought out.

Robins place is spectacular! Everything was squeaky clean and very comfortable. To say Robin(and her husband) are on top of making everything perfect is putting it mildly. Day one we contacted her about a broken chair on the covered porch, day3, her husband brought a whole different table and chairs! Robin was very responsive in all questions that I've had. Definitely book this house! You'll love every inch of it! We'll DEFINITELY be back. Thanks Robin (and Trace)!

James’ place was exactly what we needed in the middle of a long road trip. The communication was fantastic and above and beyond. He made sure we would have no issues getting into the house as we were arriving later in the evening. The home was extremely comfortable for our family, and everything was very clean (I even let my kid take a bath in the bathtub which I am often very skeptical of)! If we weren’t heading out camping, would’ve enjoyed staying longer. Will definitely remember if I ever need a stop in the area again.

John was a great host! Check in Instructions were simple and very helpful. The space was immaculate in every aspect. The Nashville skyline was beautiful from the upstairs deck. I would recommend John’s place to anyone visiting Nashville!

If you’re looking for a spacious lake home that’s perfect for large families and packed with amenities, this is the place to book. From the private dock and boat landing to the kayaks, bonfire pit, and hot tub, you can truly enjoy the lake in comfort and style. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, and we had a great time during our stay. Highly recommend—thank you!

Very nice place, great host. Neely's Bend feels almost rural, which is cool and unexpected given how close it is to the center of Nashville. Only thing to be aware of is that this location does mean it can take a little bit of time to get places, depending on which direction you are headed. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay, but the twin beds are short for grown adults - would be fine for kids however. Place was clean and conveniently located. Would recommend!
