Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Cumberland River

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom Airbnb in Nashville! The place was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My family especially enjoyed the pool, and we loved having the Pasteria restaurant just a short walk away. The gym was also a nice bonus. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Place is stunning! Although a building - sooooo quiet - never even seen but one other couple once during our three night stay. They definitely have everything- not far at all to downtown - quick to anything - 2 nearby grocery stores and McDonalds. Grand ole opry 11 mins away - also opry mills mall. Perfect.

Sean really saved the day when my friend and I were in town! We had booked the wrong day for our stay and were really in a pinch when it came to finding a place for the night. He was very quick to respond! We loved the eclectic feel of the space. We felt right at home. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. If you’re planning a trip to East Nashville definitely check his place out!

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

This place was perfect for my friends and I. It is such a good location and just a few block walk to broadway. It was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The hosts are very responsive and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend and will be booking with them again if I make it back to Nashville.

This place is exactly as pictured. The location made up for some of the challenges we had, which is why I rated this 5 stars. Pros: - location was central to downtown, very walkable - views - quiet, even with construction across the street - comfortable beds Challenges: - lots of instructions, links and codes (some on the day of arrival). Hopefully, this may help others: - You will receive a code to enter the building from the host - Expect to receive a 3rd party text the day of arrival with a code to access the "key cafe" to get the door key fobs - The "key cafe" are black small lockers on the wall of the first floor (not an actual cafe). - If you park in the garage (arrange with host before hand), download the app, click on the link sent by the host - There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we arrived, when there was someone there - they didn't engage with us - In terms of cleanliness, it was clean enough - but not professional level clean (hairs on floors, significant dust)

We had an amazing time! the keypad entry made getting in really easy. The room was really clean and fit the four of us very comfortably. It had everything we could have wanted. We ended up unknowingly visiting during CMA's which made getting an uber/lyft impossible Saturday night but the room was luckily a safe and walkable distance from Broadway! 10/10 recommend

Great stay for first time in Nashville! The place was clean and homey. It was nice being next to the river. We walked around Germantown and was a short Uber ride to Broadway.

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous view of Cumberland river right behind the condo. Nice decor and pretty much has everything you need including coffee and ice cream. Highly recommend it.

Perfect for a family of 3! Enjoyed the photo ops and evening dinners on the deck. Loved the location for walking distance to Broadway.

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

The place was great! Very clean and within walking distance to downtown. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating.

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Dan’s Airbnb was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and it felt like home for our family. We truly enjoyed the back deck of the house, the king bed in the master bedroom, spacious kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We very much enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, hiking the adjacent trails and being in the middle of nature was awe inspiring! Great place Dan! You helped to make our week very enjoyable. This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

We had a great night at this airbnb, everything was as described. Host was helpful in returning a left behind item as well. the loft was warm when we got there but cooled down quickly and there were no issues with sleeping up there, in fact all of my kids totally loved it.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Wonderful place and close to the airport and Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms. Living areas inside the house were great and the upstairs patios off the bedrooms were absolutely amazing. We loved the place and it was perfect for our group celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with family and friends!
