Great place! Easy walk to Broadway! Great communication with the owners! Tip-Getting into the building is a little bit tricky the first time, make sure you read all of the great instructions provided before arriving!

My daughters and I had a wonderful time! The place was perfect for our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed for two nights during CMA Fest. The apartment is beautiful and the hosts are extremely responsive/helpful! The location is right in the middle of a few great Nashville neighborhoods but also has some gems nearby (coffee shop/breakfast spot/restaurants/etc). Will definitely stay again!

Beds were comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed my time and the convenience of being downtown.

Great location in Seveirville. close to many attractions. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. James had local recommendations and communicated well during our stay. Will check them out again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

This as a perfect place to stay in Nashville. It is in walking distance to all the attractions! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The pool area with gas grills and fire pits was beautiful. Definitely a perfect place!

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

The cabin was a great place for our family to enjoy the Smokey Mountains for a week. The views are amazing and it is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a few issues with bugs, which is to be expected in the mountains and they were quick to respond and drop off a spray. My kids loved the pool table and video game in the lowest level. A 4x4 vehicle of some sort would be the best to reach the house, since it’s at the top of a steep road. Overall, this is a beautiful mountain retreat where many family memories were made.

Had a great stay here! There were only four of us but would have been plenty of room for more. Hot tub was great, home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was fairly easy to drive to some locations and easy to Uber to others. Really enjoyed the home!

Kimberly and Joshua's place was very relaxing and cute as can be 😍. I just needed a place to stay for the night so I was by myself but I would recommend it for couples anytime. The details they thought of is just amazing. You'll have to see it but there really is something thoughtful at every corner and in between. The bed is super comfortable too.

Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay

Slight delay upon arrival as unit had not been cleaned from previous guest. Reached out and maid was notified of change in guest. Location was fantastic so we were able to go do something fun while waiting for maid to come clean. Location is fantastic and right off parkway. Walking distance to many places. Close to everything and easy to access. Plenty of parking.

The stay was great and in a great location!! We had bought food for our breakfast in and went to a restaurant for the other meals! Only thing is that the kitchen didn’t have salt and pepper shakers but other than that it was very nice!!

Great stay and friendly staff. Unit is located perfectly to go out and enjoy the area. Sharon was more than accomadating and was wonderdul with communication.

Donna was an exceptional and accommodating host from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns we shared during our stay. My team truly enjoyed the space — this beautiful loft quickly became our go-to gathering spot. The expansive windows in the living room were a true showstopper and added so much light and charm to the experience. Highly recommend!
