Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Die Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in einem reizvollen historischen Barockgebäude, weniger als 100 Meter vom Marktplatz entfernt. Die Umgebung hat sowohl für Geschichts-, Kunst- und Architekturliebhaber als auch für Naturliebhaber und Aktivurlauber einiges zu bieten - unsere Ferienwohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der Region.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Nestled in the heart of Upper Lusatia lies our beautiful city of Schirgiswalde. We take pride in our extraordinary history. There is much to discover with us and we are a central starting point for excursions such as - Saxon Switzerland/ Bastei - City buildings - Zittauer Gebirge and city of Zittau - Bohemia and Bohemian Switzerland - Görlitz and much more Our place is quiet, right on the Spree, in the center of the city. Friendly 50 m² apartment

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

Neumi's vacation room

In our multi-generational house, you can expect modern furnished accommodation. Our guests have a holiday room for 2 people at their disposal. Of course, your vehicle is safe at the house. You are welcome to visit and use our garden with barbecue corner. On request, a loving breakfast with, for example, fresh organic eggs, homemade jam or delicious regional fruit and sausage will be served for a small surcharge of 9 euros per person.

Apartment 1 "Sägestube" Rathewalder Mühle

Wild-Romantic-Comfortable at the rushing stream. One night of a special kind, suitable for 2 persons. The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder mill, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous painter's path leads directly past. Ideal for trips to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Cozy vacation home with distance ;-), fireplace, solar

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
