The Apartment is located on the 31st. Andar do Edifício 7th. With a breathtaking "super" view, high standard decor, with all the utensils, it has a Queen bed as well as having the privilege of enjoying the sunrise through the mountains. Comfort, impeccable cleaning and bed and bath linens are items of extreme dedication, proven by all guests. For better comfort and safety from the month 09 / 2024 - we have a courtesy spot of Garage in the 7th building itself

It is a new apartment and equipped with absolutely everything you need (very professional). But in addition to being located near many restaurants, the building has excellent amenities. The gym is really good, the pool is heated, there are rooms for coworking, etc. The rooftop is the best.

A very cozy place. Everything impeccable and gorgeous. We just think that in winter it's a little cold, and an air conditioner or even a heater would make it cozier. But it's not a criticism. Certainly, the place of such a long-awaited date will be kept. Without a doubt, it's a place to return to.

The stay was great, the location is perfect! There is absolutely everything nearby! The check-in and check-out instructions are super easy and flexible, you feel at home! The apartment is very nice, super hot shower and comfortable bed! The only thing missing was the hygiene in the kitchen items, unfortunately we found a dirty bowl of lipstick, and poorly washed cutlery. Otherwise, the experience was very good!
