My husband and I live in the upper part and we share the entrance to the gate and garage. Near BR 116 and 277. Easy access to the city center and the bus station. Cajuru neighborhood borders the botanical garden. We offer two very large parking spaces, with an electronic gate, and a ramp to go up very easily. The kitchen offers basic items. We offer bed linen and towels. Our shower is electric, we don't have air-conditioning. Our TV is a 50" smart TV.

The house is 200 meters from the Botanical Garden of Curitiba with easy access to the Turismo bus line.
