Great area! Furnished. Dormitory with a double bed, private. Sala conjugada com minicozinha. Sofa bed in the living room. The price includes: internet, smart TV, fitness room, swimming pool, sauna, and cleaning of the apartment 2 x per week with change of towels. The garage is for small and medium cars and is included in the price. Reception works 24h. Inside the building there is a restaurant with buffet breakfast and lunch, affordable, paid separately.
