Very good value! The apartment is a grace, it was clean and organized. I found it even better than the photos. Even though it was hot in Curitiba, the apt was super airy. Our host was extremely solicit and kind. We would book again!

The AP itself is good. Good Household Utensils. In the ad there was kitchen oil, which was not on site, nor a lighter for the stove, in order for Vera, who is the one who helps the hostess, she asked me why I was going to cook, because people do not usually make their own meal at the AP. I ended up calling delivery. In addition, we already knew that it was a more retired place, because I know the neighborhood. Otherwise, everything is ok.

The stay was incredible! The place is well located and very safe. It had everything we needed. We will be back for sure! Dona Sônia is very welcoming and concerned about the well-being of the guest.

Sílvio and the team are a 10, they respond quickly, the guidelines are exact. The location is great, safe, high standard, in front of the Curitiba mall. I recommend it, and whenever I return to Curitiba, I try to stay in the space of Silvio and his team.

When I entered the apartment I felt a sensation that I did not feel anywhere, organized, wonderful smell of fabric softener on the bed linen. Everything perfect!!!

Great apartment in a convenient location within walking distance of grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops! Enough space for our family of 4 during a 7-night stay. Ana was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very clean and the building amenities were beautiful with reserved parking spaces in the garage below, which made us feel very safe at all hours. We would definitely stay there again!
