The apartment is delicious! We stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. Juliana is a responsive and attentive host, I highly recommend her. The apartment's balcony and the hot water pool are wonderful! It is worth noting that the condominium does not allow luggage to be left at the reception before check-in, which may be a point to consider depending on the number of bags and the arrival time. But it's just an observation, the apartment is great.

The location is good, close to the carrefour market, Barigui park shopping and Barigui park. To go walking is a little distant, but from uber it takes about 5/7 minutes. The apartment is cozy, well equipped, has a smart TV with streams, hairdryer, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, fridge, pots and utensils (I listed here the items I used). The balcony is great for drying the towel on the available floor clothes. The gym is well equipped and with a beautiful view. The staff and host were very attentive. Points of attention/improvement: - The bathroom is small, but answers. The sink is tight and uncomfortable to use. - In the box there is no support for soap, shampoo etc. which makes it difficult a little in the bath. Towel support is loose, so if you pull the towel, without holding it, it falls. In addition, the stay was great and it met my needs. Thanks, Your Judas.

Well located, clean and organized, comfortable bed, great bathroom, I did not get to test the kitchen items due to time, but I could see that basic items were available. The host responds quickly and is super willing to help. Well located, well-lit street, 24-hour concierge. The only flaw I found was the air conditioning that didn't cool well, but nothing too bad. I recommend it.

The space is wonderful, and the view from the apartment is perfect, hot shower, perfect bed, everything smells good and is clean. There is a market on the ground floor with a lot of variety, and on top of all that, Laís responds super fast and helps with what she can. I'll definitely go back.

The apartment is as described, very clean and organized. The location is great, the service was excellent! It was me, my husband, and two children. The space was very well attended and had all the necessary items.

The place is excellent, easy check-in and Rommy is a sweetheart, she let us check in before the scheduled time, gave tips on places to eat and to find a portable charger that I needed. I highly recommend it!

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.

Very nice apartment, in very good condition, as is the building. The people in the building are very kind and very efficient. The host is fully available, very kind and easy to contact, even in advance. I totally recommend the place and the hostess, I felt very calm, confident and safe.

I was very well received by Ro. As I was taking a competitive exam, my stay was short, but very pleasant. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable bed, everything well organized. Note: you get a welcome chocolate ^^. The kitchen has everything you need in sight. What may be in drawers and cabinets has an indication (tickets) of where to find them. The location of the property made my life much easier because it was close to both the airport and the test site. There is a hypermarket a few meters away. In it, it is possible to have lunch, dinner and even get a haircut.

The house is a spectacle! Even better than it looks on the pictures. Huge and very well equipped. Marvelous grill, pool table, beautiful sound system. Pool, orchard, all very well cared for and spacious. Hercilio and Mirian gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout our stay. The rooms are also large and comfortable. It really was a grateful surprise where everything worked better than expected.

Fabio was very attentive and always answered the questions. In the house we were greeted by Mr. Miltom, Fabio's father, a very polite and very helpful gentleman. The house was clean and very tidy and the neighborhood was quiet. Finally, I recommend Fabio's house as an excellent choice.
