With lovingly designed and high-quality furnishings, it is an ideal starting point for hikes in the forest and moor and at the numerous moor lakes and for bird and wildlife watching. MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

Our eco-wooden house is located in the small town of Süderhastedt between the Kiel Canal and the North Sea. We ourselves live in Hamburg and have discovered this region away from the tourist hustle and bustle as an oasis of peace and a counterpoint to the big city. In the morning the rooster crows, in the evening the flames crackle in the fireplace and at night a heavenly peace under a clear starry sky. After the unfortunate fire of our cozy thatched cottage, we now have a light-flooded wooden house.

Our garden happiness is quietly located and offers a panoramic view over Dithmarschen's beautiful landscapes Living room, kitchen, sleeping level - accessible by stairs, bathroom. The terrace with beach chair and seating offers a nice ambiance to end a vacation day, also with a campfire. Car parking space, TV, air conditioning, charging station for e-bike, cooking, shower, fridge available... It is about 7 kilometers to the North Sea and shopping. Forest cabin in the Teufelsmoor region

Forest property (2000 sqm) with wooden cabin (50 sqm). The property is wild and not cultivated. In the cabin there is central heating. In addition, it can be heated with a wood-burning stove. For professional handling there is a detailed description. Each wood basket costs EUR 10. Please leave the money in the hut. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.
