Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. It is a residential unit with a private entrance, which was newly built during the modernization of the roof in 2019. Characteristic features include an open room design with high walls, bright rooms and a spiral staircase that forms the access from the outside. During your booking, only you have access to the apartment.

The accommodation is a simple old cottage (former workshop) on the hostess's quite "natural" property that you use alone. The 50 sqm apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen-living room, a small shower room and a room with a desk (this room is not to be heated, the kitchen only very minimal). The double bed has a size of 1.40 x 2 m, so is for two people something narrow. You can use your own, somewhat protected terrace from view.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
