Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The 100-year-old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel“ in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private street. The lake with good bathing possibilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away.
