TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. Modern, bright & centrally located apartment on Lake Starnberg: The 2-room apartment on 2 floors (ground floor & basement) with cozy south-west terrace (no garden!), renovated (03/24). The apartment "Hektor" is located in a beautiful residential area and is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located at the gates of Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.
