You can easily walk to the Kronenburger Stausee in about 10 minutes – perfect for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, or taking a walk.

The almost 2000 m² garden with terrace and barbecue, surrounded by a 60 cm high hunter's fence, invites you to linger. Fun is guaranteed in the game room with foosball, TV and darts. Washing machine, dryer and Wi-Fi are available – perfect for relaxing days in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel.

At the Hirtenturm, built in 1397, on the source of the Ahr

Immerse yourself in the Middle Ages. This house was first mentioned in 1397, making it the oldest house in Blankenheim. This house is located right next to the Hirtenturm, only 3.5 meters wide at the front, in an alley below the Blankenheim Castle. At the back, with a width of around 12 meters, the building is not located on the Ahr, but on the Ahr spring that rises below the cellar. At night it is absolutely quiet, with the windows open you can hear the splashing of the Ahr spring.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Lovely, comfortable wooden house with large garden

In our beautiful, cozy wooden house (150sqm) you can enjoy your vacation in the Eifel from the very first minute! It is our home and therefore very personally furnished. On the ground floor there is a large open living / kitchen area, a small bedroom and a small toilet/shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. When the weather is good, you can relax on our large wooden terrace facing south and west from morning to evening.

Our cozy 50 sqm apartment in Dahlem is located a 5-minute walk from the town center, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, hairdressers, pharmacy and doctors. Our barrier-free vacation apartment (2025) has underfloor heating, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a living/dining area with a kitchen, a sofa bed and a guest bed (90 × 200 cm). There is also an idyllic summer garden with seating.

Beautiful accommodation with a sauna on Saturdays

The accommodation is located in the beautiful village of Frauenkron, close to the border of Belgium. The studio has free WiFi and free parking on private property, motorcycles can be parked inside. For hikers and cyclists, various routes start across the street from the studio. To avoid confusion... we only heat the outdoor sauna on Saturday evenings. And is not heated by the guests themselves! One pet is allowed.
