Our small apartment is on the second floor of a charming spa-style house (built in 1906) in a location close to the beach. In the entrance area you will find a small wardrobe. A rather steep staircase leads to the apartment. We have furnished the living room with a cozy sofa, a chest as a coffee table, a chest of drawers for luggage and a flat-screen TV. Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our apartment "Funky Four" for up to 6 people was completed in 2022. It is modern, close to the beach and both stylishly and comfortably furnished, barrier-free and with high comfort. The apartment is particularly impressive due to its great location almost directly behind the dike, only 170 m from the sea and has its own parking space. In 3 minutes you can reach the promenade and the sea on foot. On cold days, the sauna pampers you and guarantees rest and relaxation.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm of sheep wool insulation (biocide-free!), lovingly designed interior with lots of plant-oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light, untreated larch wood cladding, five large windows opening to the outside, running water, multimedia, loft bed with good mattresses (2x90x200 cm) and slatted frames, a small fridge and stone slab heating with room temperature control.

Cozy apartment in a quiet location, about 5 minutes' walk from Dahmer Hauptstrand/Promenade. The apartment has a large roof terrace with beach chair. We have also set up a small play area for (small) children behind the house. Dogs can be brought along, please specify when booking. Wi-Fi is of course available!
