Our small apartment is on the second floor of a charming spa-style house (built in 1906) in a location close to the beach. In the entrance area you will find a small wardrobe. A rather steep staircase leads to the apartment. We have furnished the living room with a cozy sofa, a chest as a coffee table, a chest of drawers for luggage and a flat-screen TV. Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Romantic quiet apartment

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

The gallery allows a breathtaking view through the panoramic windows of the Baltic Sea and invites you to dream, from the sofa or from the bed - feel-good atmosphere guaranteed!!! My beach house for 6 people is located in the 1st row just 50 meters from the beautiful natural beach. The house is in a quiet location in a small cottage settlement a la "Villa Kunterbunt."

My guests speak, for example, of the "unique experience," the "lovingly converted construction trailer" and the "great atmosphere" in "great surroundings." I say: There is no Wi-Fi! Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Camper "The First"

We offer our caravan to all guests who love camping. The beach is 3 km away, shopping and a pharmacy are 1 km away. Two cheerful hosts with 2 dogs and lots of nature await you. The new wash house was newly built in 2021. (Hot water runs through a coin-operated machine. The coins can be bought from us). The caravan is a smoking caravan. You can also have drinks in our "smoking corner" with a cozy game of darts.

Country garden near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day.
