Our stay in Klütz, just before Boltenhagen, was simply wonderful! The house is only a five-minute walk from the beach, and Boltenhagen is only 15 minutes away by car. We felt very comfortable because Tommy was a perfect host. The accommodation is beautiful, and the great terrace always offers a sunny spot. We were there for a few days with 6 people and still had enough privacy and enough space for everyone. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for everything, Tommy!

Fantastic property in a great location. 15 min to the beach. Very tastefully furnished cottage, well maintained with terrace in the orchard. Perfect for a " break" , even with a dog.

Some things were broken or did not work at the time - such as the sauna - which I was particularly looking forward to. The current caretaker made up for all this with his friendly and extremely nice manner. Although we were only there for a short time, we let him work in the house, so that subsequent guests will hopefully find everything in tip-top condition again. We had great weather and with my neoprene, no sauna was necessary at all. For the beginning, all things are there. If you don't really want to leave the house and want to enjoy the house and the beach and also don't like to go shopping, you should pack a little more right from the start (dishwasher tablets, ....) This great caretaker brought us the missing rolls/bread because he had to come back anyway and also provided all the information that was otherwise helpful for free. We had very nice days, unfortunately too short and look forward to a next time. Kind regards

We felt comfortable with our grandchildren around here, especially the bikes, the quiet area and the amenities.

Very good accommodation that has everything you can wish for!

A very nice, large house! Well suited for 2 families with a super equipped kitchen and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The location is very nice, the Baltic Sea is easily accessible in a few minutes by car. Outside, as well as inside, there are many play options for children - we very much liked using the volleyball court and the kicker. The hotel on the premises is no longer open - therefore no possibility to visit the sauna/swimming pool.

This place was exactly as described—right on the water with lovely views and easy access to the beach area. The amenities were great and the kitchen was really well stocked and easy to cook in. The beds and couches were all very comfortable. We stayed in the middle of winter and the house was really warm and cozy, even during a snowstorm. They also went out of their way to make our dog feel welcome, leaving her tennis balls and treats, which was such a nice touch. Communication around check-in and check-out was clear, and the hosts responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely stay here again!

We were there with 10 friends for relaxation - the aG also had a bitter need after the godless grind on master. A few things were broken here and there. The 3rd step of the hot tub didn't work and the sauna door didn't stop on its own, which was saddened by Chris's mood. Fortunately, Nico was the only one who understood him, so he could temporarily close the sauna door with a teaspoon. All in all, the fridge was cool and the pool unexpectedly wet - so the Somersby was always a treat and treat for everyone. In between, there were checking views from the bike path to our terrace - wouldn't know why, we were there for relaxation. Fun aside - it was very nice at your place and there was a beautiful view of the sea. The weather god also meant well with us. :) Check-in/checkout hassle-free, house great and the right people were also there. We had a great week at Suzanne's place. The house fully met our expectations and nothing was lacking. The garden behind the house is significantly larger than shown in the pictures. Suzanne responded very flexibly to our request and we were able to place our crib in one room. Overall a clear recommendation!

Great cottage in a great location right on the beach. - Beautiful, wind-protected outdoor areas - Large, cozy common area with fireplace - small but functional bedrooms - Small kitchen with little storage space - but amenities OK. Cooking for 8 people is tricky but possible. - Swimming pool & hot tub clean and warm. Our youth loved it! - Sauna quite small, but functional. - Arrival by train and ferry easily! Parking in front of the door for car. - All in all: we didn't know exactly what we were looking for, but what we found (2 families 4 in winter) was great! We had a very nice time!

We were there with our whole family. 10 people (children, in-laws and grandchildren) and all were completely satisfied. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi have been used the most. The bathing fun was great. We'll be back

The location close to the beach is very nice

A great place to stay, especially for the large family. Everything was sufficiently available, toys, play bicycles themselves travel cots and strollers. We spent beautiful days there with children and grandchildren. Julia responded immediately to any question. We would definitely book there again. Thomas

Great place with amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Tobias and Leila were very easy to reach and the communication around our stay was great.

We stayed there for 6 days in March. We liked it and it was clean and easy to walk to everything. The house was fenced and our dogs were able to stay outside alone. We would definitely vacation there again.

We had a very nice stay on Fehmarn. The location is really very idyllic and quiet. Ideal for switching off from everyday life. Thank you :-)

We were very warmly welcomed by Hanne and her husband and felt totally comfortable from the beginning. Our cottage left nothing to be desired: everything was picobello, the kitchen very well equipped, the living-dining area spacious, the 3 bedrooms cozy, shower room downstairs and a second toilet upstairs as well as a very nice outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options (also a beach chair!) rounded everything out. We were able to store our bicycles in a shed. The two car parking spaces in front of the house were also positive. We liked the quiet location very much, yet you were a few minutes' walk to the beach. And with the bike, you were in the center in no time or on a discovery tour in the wonderful surroundings. Hanne was also happy to help us with any questions or tips. Conclusion: we had a great and relaxing week and would book this vacation home again at any time.

A top renovated apartment de luxe with charm. Very spacious in a quiet location, only 4 minutes by car to the beach of Scharbeutz. Very flexible check-in with key box and parking directly in front of the house. Clear and friendly communication with Lutz. Very large and chic bathroom of the highest quality and high-tech kitchen. The integrated coffee machine was particularly wonderful. Several TVs, both in the living room, bedroom as well as above the bathtub. After the wonderful excursions in the bustling Scharbeutz, I enjoyed the tranquility of the apartment and the beautiful wooden terrace. Thank you for wonderful, relaxing days in beautiful Scharbeutz.

It was good folklore and we had a great vacation.It was about a fifteen minute walk to the nearest beach, the room was clean and tidy, the service staff had a good attitude, we asked for an extra set of quilts and didn't charge any fees and were delivered in a timely manner.

We had a super nice week of vacation with two families of 3. The paths are very short everywhere. That was great with young kids. Too bad is the volume of the street in front of the door. Unfortunately, we did not stay on the terrace/garden at all. But inside the house it was very nice! small shortcoming is the hardly possible blackout of the windows for sleeping. Curtains would help. We recommend the place and were very satisfied!
