Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

Family vacations are paramount here! No groups/party trips!!! Just a few kilometers from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, our chalet is located directly on a bathing lake and the famous water ski/wakeboard facility. A great children's playground, basketball and volleyball court, many walking and hiking trails, as well as the campsite, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and complete the offer. The popular beaches Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz are not far away and easily accessible.

We rent out our fantastically located summer house in Scharbeutz-Klingberg directly in the 1st row on the Great Pönitz Lake. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim, surf or stand-up paddle right outside the door in the lake. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your own garden with a sundowner or at the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Haffkrug...) are only 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bicycle.

Plön is 2 km away for shopping; Lake Trammer has a connection to Lake Trent and from there you can reach the small Lake Plön.

Each house has a private sauna, large bicycle shed, a stove with free wood and a "bun bike". The little guests are happy about a trampoline.

Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace. We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.
