The apartment was in a great location, nice and clean but because there is four towers with the same name the taxi driver got confused dropping us off at the correct one but the host was great and directed us ASAP when we got lost

The apartment is perfect for spending a few pleasant days in Gandía, close to the beach and with a pool that is the icing on the cake. There is easy parking and the area is full of bars and restaurants, there is no need to move the car. Enri was helpful and very kind at all times. Thank you!! We will definitely be back

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

The stay in Salvador's apartment was wonderful. In the morning, from the beautiful roof terrace, direct view of the sea and the sunrise. Plenty of space on the terrace with a large dining table, sink and spacious barbecue area. The apartment is modern and fully equipped. Good bed with a comfortable mattress. Plenty of space in the cabinets. The balcony on the living level is a beautiful addition. Salvador was always easy to reach and got back to me immediately. We highly recommend the apartment. We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

For us it was a 10 stay. We had all the amenities that were described, and the host was always attentive to anything. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend, and take some beautiful photos with a castle in the background. The garden area with the terrace are great, and the pool was impeccable and clean, which we took advantage of with the heat. Thank you for everything! We will not hesitate to choose this place again if the opportunity arises.

We had a very pleasant time. Although we had a setback on the first day, Cristina immediately looked for solutions and took into account our comfort.

I was looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy the mountain and Maria's casita is perfect. It has a very nice view and there is a lot of tranquility. Maria is very attentive and whatever I needed. The site if you like the mountain is perfect many routes to do. I will be back for sure

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

The apartment is in a great area near the beach and harbor, with many dining options. We went in a time of little tourism so it was not difficult to park but in high season it may be very crowded. Total continuous contact with Jose Luis for any aspect and signature of contract showing total legality. The flat is old but with everything necessary for a family. They are vacation areas where prices are rising a lot.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

We had a great time in Denia. All amenities were present in the apartment and the bed was very nice! After some searching around, we discovered a very nice street with restaurants in Denia and also in the harbor there were plenty of good and cozy restaurants.

Everything was great. A very kind person who is ready to help.
